I think it might be a fine storage disk if you wanted to use it with a small SSD.
Good drive. I am using it for general storage and it works just fine.
For the price, this does well for budget storage. If your needs are up to 1TB and you're tight on money, I would advise trying this out.
I bought this drive to use for storage in my PC (SSD for booting, this drive for storage).
That fine for multimedia storage or desktop work.

This item will work with ps4 just make sure the size of the hard drive is 2.5 inches.
If you find yourself needing a 2.5" form-factor without the SSD price, these are PERFFECT for the job.
Perfect! Quiet! It’s tiny form factor actually runs cooler that the two standard size form factors.
My laptop didn’t come with a hard drive installed but had the SATA cable already attached. All I had to do was plug and screw.
The HDD didnt work. It was not getting recognized by my PC. And yes, I did try multiple slots and many different SATA cables.
