The resistance can feel a little bit high on the lowest settings but once I got used to how the machine felt I got into it. I was sweating when I was done, that's for sure! Glad I purchased it.
It is a short range in the stribe but also an upright stride. I was very pleased with this combination in my workout and this thing will work you out well.
Thanks to 25 levels of resistance, I can increase my load every week. Resistance is switched by a light touch of a button.
I've had the elliptical for four days and it is already making an annoying clicking noise.
At high intensity it is not very stable and it is very hard to pedal in reverse due to the lack of stability.

This is a solid machine that provides a smooth and quiet workout. But the sheer mass of all the moving parts makes for a significant workout at even the lowest resistance and incline.
Flywheel system has a smooth feel and challenging resistance throughout the stride pattern.
The flywheel shows perfect performance even after a long time of use.
The heavier flywheel was to keep it sturdy but i feel like I’m in a rocking chair it moves so much.
I feel uncomfortable on elliptical because he has stride is too long for me.

The suspension and cushioning system make the workout be easier on the knees, ankles and legs.
Hands do not slip on handles because they have a special coating.
I do not bother anyone when I workout because elliptical has smooth and quiet drive.
I also had the right foot pedal come off the machine after being on it for 1.5 minutes.
After a week of use, one of the pedals began to fall off.

The multiple hand positions are also excellent giving you greater freedom of movement to vary the load on your arms.
The foot platforms are wide and have an adjustable suspension system that really feels good in use providing a slight springiness and keeping the whole foot in contact all the time.
Having resistance and incline buttons on the handles and the console is nice addition.
Multi-position handlebars with integrated incline and resistance controls - make it easier to adjust the level of intensity during the workout.
Resistance does not adjust using buttons on handle or arrows on console. Only works by pressing resistance number buttons on console.
