- Lots of sound for small speakers. Great quality too. Would definetly recommend to anyone. Great price. Easily powered by a 50W RMS amplifier.
- 80 watts power handling plenty to spare in volume all you need is a decent receiver and you wont be disappointed
- These speakers rock! Do not expect to get night club power, but the quality is great for normal level listening. the sound quality is amazing for such a small speakers. I love them!
- Installed these on my boat with a Dual AMB600w 240 watt receiver and they can't handle the 60 watts going to them. Was pretty surprised considering their 80 watt rating.
- Not as powerful as I had hoped for an outdoor space but quality is very good and they look great.
- These are definitely more power than I would ever require in the sunroom, but the sound from these speakers is crystal clear.
- I have them hooked up to an Onkyo 636 Dolby Atmos receiver capable of pushing close to a 165 watts per channel and these can definitely take the power despite the fact I have never been at maximum volume. I do have neighbors after all!
- Very nice sound stage imaging that I did not expect from outdoor speakers. Bass is quite good for the size.
- Great pair of outdoor speakers with nice fidelity. Replaced a pair that were 10 years old.
- I have two pair of these outside and they really fill up the deck and courtyard with great sound. The bass is pretty good as are the mid and high ranges. You can't go wrong with Polk Audio.
- They are the perfect size and weight for what I needed. They seem very solid and durable.
- Great speaker for there size. Easy to mount. Overall very good deal.
- These are a good size. I didn't want to spend the extra money on the bigger Atrium 5/6/8 and I haven't been disappointed. They fit great in the corners of my deck.
- The sound quality is good and they have good weight, which typically indicates a quality speaker (big magnet).
- Very easy to install and the construction appears sturdy
- These have been working well for years outside despite hot summers and and sub-zero winter days. They sound almost as good as my internal Polk speakers. Good clarity and base response considering the size.
- The ease in which you can rotate them on the brackets is another bonus, so I can direct them towards the yard, or towards the patio where the fire pit is...
- Easy to install & great sound. A welcome addition in our bathroom, with smooth lines the speakers don't stand out on the wall. Sound quality is very good for the size of the speakers.
- These speakers sound fantastic on the deck outside. Excellent quality for the size and price. I recommend them to anyone looking for reasonably priced outdoor speakers!
- I debated getting the larger speakers but for the price, these were perfect! The Atrium 5 are a perfect size for the pack porch!
- Theses speakers reproduce high and low frequencies very nicely. Bass is solid and not boomy.
- Mounting bracket allows for vertical or horizontal mounting with easy angle adjustment thanks to solid screw on end caps.
- The volume is excellent, the frequency range is quiet good...and they have no problem pushing all the volume we need to the pool area.
- Good low frequency. Flexible installation and adjustable positions as advertised.
- While the sound from these Polk's is good, I was really expecting more from the lows and highs based on the price of these speakers. I had read that the frequency range of these isn't that great, so I should have been better prepared.
- These speakers despite the name are quite unimpressive. they sound muddy, and do not seem to have a full range.... no real low frequency or high frequency response.
- These speakers have decent bass for their size, fair midrange, but really lack clean, crisp highs. Luckily the front speakers (Infinity Perfects) excel in this aspect. The Polks sound dull and muffled in comparison, but for my use as rear fill, they're OK.
- For the size they produce the clarity that you would want with sufficient volume & bass.
- At low volume, the separation between frequencies is outstanding and when you turn it up, the music is thumpin! and no distortion whatsoever.
- Great sounding speakers at a great value. So glad I purchased these instead of a more expensive speaker. The sound is awesome! I have these installed on my 16x20 deck and it fills the sound perfectly.
- They're far from bright or thin sounding but just don't have as much low frequency output.
