The scroll wheel itself is a great size, just large enough to use but small enough to not get in the way of clicking.
The mouse could use some more buttons for gaming and programming but for my use they are just right.
The mouse accuracy is way higher than anyone needs.
The three buttons on the side are perfect when used with the thumb.
Two mouse buttons towards the front of the mouse, left of the left mouse button are somewhat awkward to get to.

The cord is still intact from 2011 with no signs of weakness anywhere.
If you like to play twitchy shooters you may want to consider how a cord might impact how the mouse moves.
Cable is a new braided type that seems to cause less friction.
Braid is just threads woven around the actual mouse cord, without any sort of adhesive, it is prone to breaking whenever the cable gets kinked.
Kinks cause the cord to break through the braid, and then it's impossible to unkink it without cutting a larger hole in the braid to give it some slack.

Being able to change the weight is great, the build quality feels superb, and durability is fantastic.
