Newer cameras have more bell and whistles, and if you are going to use a large format display newer is better. But, if all you need is a quality picture for a laptop or smaller display and the simplicity of a USB connection, these once "State of the Art" cameras will do just fine.
Great image quality. I like the older software better than the new, so I didn't upgrade. I would recommend this highly.
Nice camera! very sharp images, easy to use. kinda tipsy if u put it standing on table.but i attach it to tripod so its ok that way:)video is bright and fast. i would recommend to use it.
The image quality is quite good with this camera. What is lacking is the software, which I found to be quite non-intuitive to operate.

Was looking for a good resolution camera for home based job and needed great quality in resolution at good price, read reviews and picked up 2 of these, and they didn't disappoint
This is a great high resolution camera with panoramic lens, it picks up a wider angle so can easily be used in a group or conference setting.
The webcam records at 1080p, but at 10-20 FPS.... with the low frame rate and the lack of color, you could just go buy a 720 cam for significantly less.

On the plus side, the image is REALLY good, but the real star here is the microphone. It let you use your computer's mic but the one on the camera is great.
The P9000 is easy to set up and gives a clear picture and good sound. My friends on the other end of video calls compliment me on the video and audio clarity.
This is a really great camera to use for Mac OS X desktop computers that do not have a camera. Basically, plug and play. Installing iGlasses may be necessary for some users. I use it mainly to have fun with the creative visuals. Also works with Siri and Facetime.
This was the top camera a decade ago. It's still the best camera for the money. While other cameras in Logitech are now better/clearer, none have the warmth of the HD picture that this one does. Also, the microphone is probably the best of any integrated microphones.
So far I've used it on Skype once and my daughter who was on the other end of the Skype connection had a hard time understanding what I was saying. It's only one test but I'm suspicious.

The mounting gear that came with camera made it very easy to mount and adjust to the correct height and angle. It is a good camera for either personal or business use.
The auto-focus, wide angle and image clarity are first rate. (For advanced functions Logitech offers additional models and software at a higher price.)
This camera/mic is AWESOME! I love how incredibly easy set up is. After it's installed, the software is user friendly. The quality for the price is amazing!
The product was so easy to install (just plug it in to the USB port) and works great
The smallest adjustment is still too thick for my new ultra thin laptop.
You have to download the software from Logitech's website. the software worked fine at first but now it doesn't want to record the audio.
