I especially like the titanium plates as I notice they don't burn my hair out & I don't have to keep straightening one spot over & over. I will continue purchasing their products because the results are worth it!
It heats up really fast and really hot.
Heats up very fast and it does a great job straightening your hair the first time.
The titanium plates are wonderful and never ever pull your hair and definitely seem to cause way less damage as a cheap straightener.
The titanium plates on this iron smooth out my hair like no other. It gets extremely hot and has number settings which I love and also cools down fairly quick.

The titanium plate is the perfect size to grab shorter hair at the bottom of my bob and still provide a sleek pass along longer strands.
This little guy really works well for a straighter it's size.

It is very thin, light weight and easy to use even though it is longer than what I was accustomed to using.

I liked how you turn the dial to set the temperature setting.
I do like the wider plates and the variable temperature control.
The larger plate makes it easier to straighten more hair at once, and the adjustable temperature is great for personal preference.
I have super fine and very long hair and I can adust the temperature to suit my needs.
The only thing I would mention is that it does not have an auto shut off feature. This is more an issue with my memory than the product, but worth mentioning.
My only criticism is that it lacks a locking mechanism to keep it closed during storage and travel.

Besides being super fast and easy to use, it also has temperature regulation and I can use a higher temp for my coarse hair.
The multiple settings let you adjust to different temperatures for different hair textures so you can experiment with the levels to see which works for you. A must buy if you love straight hair!
Temperature control - there is a dial to set the temperature as well as instructions on which setting is best for your hair.
The temperature dial is hard to turn and there were little scratches.
Plus, don't even TRY to hold onto the outside of this straightener when you use it; even though I don't turn the heat all the way up to the highest level, the two outside parts of the straightener get SO hot that I've almost burned myself from just trying to touch them to straighten my hair.

Swivel cord never got tangled.
The cord is ridiculously long which requires lots of wrapping around the iron to store.
The swivel cord is so rigid that my iron will only lay on it's side.
The way the cord is attached inside the flat iron is not the greatest and it can become disconnected inside (your flat iron will no longer work).
In order to make this work, I have to hold it in just one particular way but of course when you straighten you cannot keep super still and hope the cord will stay still!!You have to jiggle the cord just to get some power back to the straightener!

The grip is great, the swivel cord makes it heavenly to use, and that long cord is AMAZING.
Doesn't hurt to have that swivel cord when curling with it.
I love that the cord is long.
The cord is a great length and even has some swivel action so it wont get caught up on things.
Great longer cord, longer shaft makes it easier to flatten hair, titanium works perfect for curler hair.
