The flat iron heats up quickly and is the perfect size.
Overall, this is a perfect flat iron that can get you straight hair with less heat, great on curly or kinky hair that is blown out.
It heated up quickly and stayed hot.
The ceramic inside does not only create the silkier look on hair, but it is also very smooth that it does not damage the hair at all.

Literally heats in 30 seconds and has a great travel/cool down wrap.
It heats up quickly and I love all of the heating options. I keep it at 350 degrees-my hair is on the fine side and it isn't thin, but not thick either. It's high quality and does perfect job at straightening my hair without me feeling like I'm singing it.

I love the size of it, it's not so big that it's hard to handle and it's not too small that it would take a long time to do my hair.
The size is amazing and it can overheat so it comes with the gloves which are super handy!
I would recommend this product if your looking for a straightener thats light weight, gets hot and gets the job done!
Overall, I am impressed with the quality of construction, weight (it's a bit heavier than other irons I've used, which lends to the feeling of better construction)

I really like the digital read out and the discreet controls out of the way of accidental bumping.
The iron has a dial to regulate the temperature of the iron from 140 to 450 degrees F.
It's great to be able to regulate the amount of heat it uses so that I can get all that I need while not letting my hair singe. I would recommend getting this.
There is a green power indicator light that shows it is turned on, a good reminder to turn it off or unplug it when you are finished using it.
The indicator light shines red while heating and turns green when ready; couldn't be easier.

I love the temperature control option.
Love my new Chi with the temperature control. I have fine hair so I needed a flat iron that I could control the temperature to ensure I didn't fry and dry my hair out.
I like how you can set the temperature or choose a pre-set Mode.
Has a great travel/cool down wrap.
Not an automatic shut off.
If you are traveling outside the US it may not be compatible with the electric and you could permanently damage your flat iron (or just create scary sparks in your outlet)!

It also has a nice long cord which can come in handy.
The cord doesn't get tangled or bent because it has a 360 degree swivel cord to prevent that.
It heats fast, is easy to operate, the cord is long (thank you!).
The cord is extra long which helps with long hair.
This appears to be the only full size dual voltage flat iron on the market right now. There aren't any switches you need to flip for the voltage - it automatically switches on its own.

Love the cord turning attachment at the base so it won't get tangled. Great product!
An excellent tool, and it will be easy to travel with as it is dual voltage.
