The shape and size of the drive is very convenient to carry an to keep safe.
I bought this for my sister. In terms of size and looks, this is a winner.
The color is perfect, the size is perfect. Worthwhile buy.
It's small enough in physical size to carry in a small bag with my tablet, and could even fit in my pocket, but it has so much memory.

From opening box, took a few minutes to install and begin copying and all photos and music files (about 150gb) were copied to the Toshiba unit in less than 2 hours.
This product is perfect, it's a decent price, good quality, easy to set up and use and exactly what I needed - it's very fast (USB3) and handy for backups
When connected to a PC it works as fast as any other USB 3.0 HDD I have.
I still have a long way to go to fill it with my photos, documents and graphic plus illustration files. Very pleased. Just plug in and Go!
Quiet in operation, quick to copy when using USB 3.0 and so far, no problems.

Simple to use and compatible with Windows 10. It comes with a USB cable.
This was easy to set up and compatible with my MAC. It is very user friendly, and I will likely purchase a second for for another backup.
This was a great deal - lots of storage for a little price. It worked immediately and was easily made compatible with my Mac.
You will not be able to use it also on your laptop because the PS4 automatically converts the hard drive to be compatible with its operating system, which is different from laptops.
Not compatible with both PC and Mac without formatting but the worse software I have used in years. The software looks like it is something out of the 1990's horrible.
