What customers say about "Key Specs"
NETGEAR RBK50 Home Mesh WiFi System (Pack of 2)
  • I now have Wi-Fi all over the house with full speeds in every corner of my home.
  • No dropped connections, download speeds exceeding 200Mbps in most corners of the flat, and robust to multiple devices streaming music or movies at the same time.
  • Rock solid WiFi now. Very impressed with speed too.
  • I've suffered from poor WiFi coverage for years and grabbed the Orbi RBK50 on Black Friday. I am impressed!!! Amazing performance.
  • The speed tests were showing worse than my old 3 year old sky router and the range is even worse with additional of a satellite.
eero 2nd Generation Mesh WiFi System (Pack of 3)
  • We're getting download speeds in the 80's-90's throughout the entire house.
  • Coverage and speed are amazing, at least 3X better than my old setup.
  • Eero gives me peak speed well over 250 Mbps end to end of my home.
  • Speed is consistently high. Devices that used to hunt for a signal just jump on.
  • I've got speed and reliability where I used to have neither, and that's plenty.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
NETGEAR RBK50 Home Mesh WiFi System (Pack of 2)
  • I have a 4/5 bedroom property so I was really surprised, the units blend in well considering there size as well.
  • Easy to set up, as you might expect to get the power you compromise on size.
  • The devices themselves are fairly big so if you're looking for a small device that you can hide away, look elsewhere.
  • I wish it was cheaper and the units would certainly be nicer if they were smaller (the router and satellite are pretty large), but thankfully, I've managed to hide them away.
  • The units are large (vase sized) but look pretty good and at least discrete (until the issues below arise).
eero 2nd Generation Mesh WiFi System (Pack of 3)
  • The small size makes it easier to stash it in the corner somewhere.
  • And they look nice - sleek and small. Would definitely recommend.
  • The devices are quiote small and work great despite having no external antenae.
  • Physically it’s nearly as small as Airport Express, only slightly bigger, which is very elegant and low profile.
  • No dead zones; very versatile setup and monitoring; small/unobtrusive; wifi routing with ability to connect via ethernet, and daisy chain same.

What customers say about "Network Specifications"
NETGEAR RBK50 Home Mesh WiFi System (Pack of 2)
  • The connection to my iMac, iPad and iPhone all connect at the fastest speed of 5GHz.
  • I'm getting my full broadband speed, through my house... amazing!!!
  • It’s dedicated 5Ghz band for communication between the router and satellite works amazingly freeing up the other 2 bands, 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz for uninterrupted, fast, reliable and a strong internet signal!
  • Had big issues with the fact you can’t separate the 5ghz band from 2.4ghz.
  • Main issue for me was not able to choose between 2.4 and 5 ghz.
eero 2nd Generation Mesh WiFi System (Pack of 3)
  • Coverage in my house is BETTER and I have had ZERO dropped connections.
  • It all starts with strong, reliable and secure WiFi coverage!!!
  • Since installing, I've had zero issues with WiFi coverage.
  • Coverage issues are not a worry any longer. These pro units are incredibly powerful and do not disappoint in any situation I use them in.
  • It's a cinder-block house and the 3 worked fantastic and gave whole home coverage.

What customers say about "Features"
NETGEAR RBK50 Home Mesh WiFi System (Pack of 2)
  • The app is good and being able to see what devices are lined up to which router/satellite is nice and even when we are all on the same satellite the signal is still very good.
  • Nice android app and the configuration is very straight forward.
  • The app is intuitive and the amount of configurations you can do is a lot, from guest network to block certain devices from getting a connection and many more.
  • The Orbi iOS app is slow to list the connected devices (with their toggles for pausing).
  • From the iOS app it's also only possible to see which wifi band each device is using via the Network Map, which is a deeper navigation tree than the standard Device List.
eero 2nd Generation Mesh WiFi System (Pack of 3)
  • Eero app is very polished and makes it so easy to set the system up that a grade schooler could do it.
  • Eero set up was easy via the app and it found the satellites with no issues.
  • The app detected it and configured it for my network quickly and automatically.
  • The wifi range is really fantastic, and the iOS app is fairly good as well.
  • The app is awful and for all the information they pretend to give you you really get nothing.
