The product was just as described and arrived quickly. This is our third iPad and we are pleased with the performance and the quality of the display.
The display is slightly better & the system seems to operate more quickly. I'm very pleased with this purchase and the savings, and the only downfall was that the charger did not work at all.
There is no scratches on the display or anywhere else on the device. I inspected it very closely.

Screen had a defect on a white screen, a spot was present in center of screen. Many people would not be concerned with this display issue but my wife is a very focused consumer.

The finger print feature is especially nice for unlocking it and works great. The sound that comes out the new one is at twice volume and quality of the one.
Easy to set up and share with my Mac and iPhone. New iOS takes some getting used to but all in all a nice combo.

This iPad has totally changed my mind. I love how easy it was to learn to use and the battery last way longer then any Samsung tablet or phone I have ever had. I will be switching to iPhone now for sure.

This IPad functions the way its supposed to. I have used it everyday since I purchased it. The IPAD is in excellent shape with no scratches on the screen or IPAD.
Works perfectly fine and haven't had any troubles yet. Software works just as good as non-open box iPad.
Immediately updated to latest IOS with no issues. Battery lasts a long time. I don't think I'll ever see it as my wife and daughter always have it. I might have to buy another one.
he touch ID isn't nearly as fast as the one on my iPhone 6s Plus, but that is okay. It gets the job done.
One thing that I noticed is this iPad was on IOS 8 so I upgraded it to 9. No biggie.
