ExcelMark Up to 3 Lines

Automatic Re-Inking

The ExcelMark Custom Self-Inking Stamp lets you personalize three text lines. These lines can include return addresses, different custom labels, and bank deposits, among others. Because this is not some cheap stamp, with its self-inking construction, the model enables quick repetitive stamping, while the clear-mount bottom lets you line up the impression with excellent accuracy.

When we're talking about ExcelMark stamps, we're talking about the company's signature double-sided ink pad before anything else. When you rotate the pad, this device automatically re-inks, which also means that you're doubling the impression quantity that you can stamp before you have to replace the pad.

You can pick between 17 different fonts, stamping 30 characters per one line. But some fonts will not be easy to read, so we would recommend choosing carefully. You can also choose from 11 ink colors, including pretty unorthodox choices like pink, mint, and turquoise.

What else is there to add? When rapid and/or repetitive stamping is necessary but sacrificing impression quality and accuracy is not an option, the ExcelMark Custom Self-Inking Stamp becomes the most obvious choice you can make between affordable rubber stamps.

904 Custom 20 Font Options - Up to 3 Lines

3 Lines with 35 Characters per Line

Before you purchase the 904 Custom Self-Inking Address Stamp, the folk behind this product let you customize three lines, selecting between 20 fonts and 8 ink colors. Since the ink's water-based, you can choose the one you want without any environmental concerns.

Of course, the stamp comes pre-filled, pre-filled with so much ink that you can stamp above 1,000 impressions before removing the ink pad and replacing the ink becomes a necessity. For the most part, despite its eco-friendly formula, the ink's great but, sometimes, it will leave slight but noticeable blotches, a small issue that you'll have to come to terms with.

You'll also have to come to terms with the fact that each line here can include as many as 35 characters, which's pretty impressive considering that even one-line rubber stamps usually cap at 25-30. Sure, the characters are on the small side, but the impressions are well-filled-out, crisp, and easily readable nonetheless.

Last but certainly not least, the lid will display the text you're about to stamp, useful for people who use multiple impressions. In other words, the 904 Custom Self-Inking Address Stamp can be used for post as well as for labeling different paper and cardboard items with a name and address (books, notepads, folders, you name them).

Holmes Stamp & Sign Self Inking

The Largest Impression Area

The Holmes Stamp & Sign Personalized Signature Stamp looks almost more dignified than most signature stamps. Looking at the specs alone, this is not the most impressive product on the list but she specs do not tell the whole story. But even the specs themselves aren't all bad, especially the impression area.

Measuring 0.775 x 2.275 inches, the stamp will let you leave a huge signature, well-filled-out with sizable characters. While most rubber stamps will make more elaborate signatures look less-than-presentable, making some letters ascend or descend, this one will ensure that the signature appears dignified. Plus, this device already comes with so enough ink to stamp over 1,000 impressions, which's especially great considering that the ink pad here is not replaceable, making re-filling a little inconvenient.

Technically speaking, the model can only stamp one-line impressions and the single line caps at 25 characters but that covers most first and last names anyway. Plus, the transparent base will let you observe the impression before stamping, so you should always be able to make the signature look great on the first try.

Long story short, people with long and elaborate signatures will benefit immensely from the Holmes Stamp & Sign Personalized Signature Stamp.

ExcelMark One Line Custom

Hassle-Free Repetitive Stamping

The ExcelMark One Line Custom Rubber Stamp is less expensive and, as you would expect, less impressive than the company's premium model that we've reviewed above. While that model will let you stamp three-line impressions, the one we're reviewing here is limited to one line, though both can fill a single line with 30 characters. Also, this model wastes ink a little more than its less affordable relative, with the difference not necessarily being that huge but noticeable.

But, just like its more budget-hostile counterpart, this ExcelMark stamp self-inks, enabling hassle-free repetitive stamping. Borrowing from the same playbook, this model also adopts a reversible ink pad, meaning that the stamp doubles the impression count you can leave before the ink pad has to be replaced.

You can fill the one available line with any personalized text and have the text look however you want, choosing from 17 fonts and 11 colors. Finally, the same clear-mount bottom that the previous stamp was using will make it possible to accurately line up the impression before stamping.

To sum up, the ExcelMark One Line Custom Rubber Stamp will enable you to sign various documents, checks, and more, making short work of heaps of routine paperwork.

Trodat Printy 4921 Personalized

Stamping Logos and Images

The Trodat Printy 4921 Personalized Stamp approaches from a different angle than the stamps we were discussing before. While the preceding models are primarily covering text signatures, this one is more about custom logos and images. Sure, you can also assign text, but with the two lines capping at 10 characters, you're not working with that much text space. First and foremost, its pocket-sized construction and square impression area (0.5 x 0.5 inches) fit geocachers, though you can also sign royalty cards and different documents, standard and not as standard.

Because the device serves a different purpose, judging its worth based on the parameters we were using before would make little sense. To provide you with an example, the model comes without a see-through base, which's not great but because you're stamping logos, the accuracy is not as important as it is when you're stamping signatures. What is more important this time is the protective cap that comes with the stamp and enables comfortable transportation without worrying about spilling the ink.

To give you the gist, geocachers will love the Trodat Printy 4921 Personalized Stamp. The people who need to stamp some logo/image on an at least semi-frequent basis will also appreciate this model.

What Are Rubber Stamps?

Even in this increasingly digital age, countless important jobs still require, revolve around, and rely upon hard copies, including different documents, checks, books, notepads, personal items like folders, you name them. Still, wasting precious minutes (that turn into hours when you start adding them up) signing various items is seldom fun, which is how people arrive at rubber stamps.

These devices let you create a customized signature so that you can have this signature (or a return address, bank deposits, even custom labels sometimes) on a stamped item in a second. The models that we have gathered here all stamp excellent impressions, with the characters looking well-filled-out, clean, and easily recognizable. They seldom produce smudges or blotches. More often than not, the devices that we're talking about here even come equipped with see-through bottoms, so you can observe and line up the impression and ensure that the stamp will be accurate and precise.

The people that still work with hard copies will also benefit from these file cabinets, LED desk lamps, and office chairs, making the work much less exhausting.
