With the caveat that I'm not a music aficionado, the sound quality was amazing.
The bass was just perfect for a wide range of songs.
Sound quality is amazing. I've tried out hard rock, orchestral, R&B, rap, indie, KPOP and a few other genres.
Clear, rich, accurate sound. Deep thumpy bass.
BackBeats sound really good to my ears. Very nice and balanced sound!

They feel solid in my hand and the adjustment for the size of the band clicks.
Comfortable, even for a large head size.
I have a really small head lol. They're also really comfortable.
These headphones have a nice style, really good size for my head.
The ear cups are so small that they barely covered my average-size ears.

The smaller size is probably the biggest plus in my view.
I have a very normal sized head, this headphones perfect for me.
Headphones cups are a good size for my ears to fit inside, no pain, no pressure.
The head band size to it's maximum size to barely comfortably fit my head and the ear cups are too small.
I have an average sized head and I can feel the squeeze after a few hours.

No connectivity issues or general weird behavior. Great battery life.
This is the noise cancellation feature as there is less static and fuller sound when the ANC is off. Good feature.
Overall, these are the best Bluetooth headphones that I have, and certainly the most comfortable.
Their comfort is unmatched, and the noise-cancelling feature gently protects sound quality and the health of customers.
A USB cord is included, but not a wall plug adapter.

Plenty of controls and they all feel well put together.
They have tilt / gyro sensors that automatically pause your music when you lift them off. I really like it.
In fact it can rotate 90 degrees making it very comfortable when you put it on your neck.
The control buttons are more friendly in plantronics backbeat pro 2, i really like that.
Bad "auto-pause" feature should be able to be toggled on and off, but not here.
