SE Bikes So Cal Flyer
Durable and Functional
So Cal Flyer is one of the most high-quality BMX bikes on the market! It's incredibly durable since, unlike many other BMX bikes, it's made of 6061 aluminum alloy. The stem, cranksets, pedals, brake shifters, a seat post, and even valve caps are made of this super sturdy material. We would like to highlight that the aluminum alloy is also very light. So, you can be sure that the bike won't be damaged when you perform stunts and jumps. Plus, the bike is resistant to moisture, which means even if you ride in the rain or snow, the frame won't rust.
Due to its size, the bike will be a good fit for both teens and adults and suit not only for city rides but also for performing tricks and stuns. In a word, this top-notch So Cal Flyer bike is truly versatile!
Attention to Details
In addition to a light and strong frame, So Cal Flyer has an elaborate design that will fully satisfy even the most demanding riders. The bike boasts durable Kenda K-Rad tires with an aggressive tread pattern so that cyclists could ride even on a mud terrain.
The bicycle comes with aluminum FPD spike pedals preventing rider's feet from slipping off them. This type of pedals is ideal for daredevil riding and jumping. Overall, this is a great bike that will help you not only perform complicated combo tricks but also cycle on any surfaces.
Carrying a bike in a car trunk is not always convenient and safe. So, we recommend you to get a bike rack.
Strong and Stylish
All Mongoose bikes are known for their reliability and durability, and this child's BMX bike is no exception. The Mongoose R30 Freestyle Bicycle is equipped with the cast wheels praised for their excellent aerodynamic properties allowing racers to ride faster. Plus, the wheels are really very strong, they withstand just about everything (unlike spoke wheels). Neither jumps nor ramps and street obstacles can damage them! Riding this bike is really great, and all your free time you can devote to practicing - cast wheels almost do not need maintenance since you will never face twisting of spokes and other troubles. On top of that, the cast bike wheels visually look much nicer and set apart this bike from others. As a bonus, the bike comes with 4 freestyle pegs for grinds and tricks. Highlight your individual look and perfect your skills riding this wonderful BMX bike!
Nowadays, the Mongoose company is well-known all over the world as one of the leading manufacturers of mountain bikes and bikes for extreme riding. But how did it all begin? One day Skip Hess was walking home and noticed a few brave guys doing difficult tricks and jumping their bicycles, and he also noticed that the wheels on their bikes were too weak to withstand such jumps. It was then that the idea to create lighter and stronger wheels began taking shape. That's why, Skip spent a lot of time in his garage, and shortly after, the inventor came up with the first "MotoMag" wheel design. So in 1974, Skip Hess founded a new company producing MotoMag wheels.
The MotoMag wheel was completely cast from aluminum and boasted incredible strength and light weight. This invention brought BMX-sport to a completely new level. The legendary MotoMag wheel quickly spread across the United States and then around the world.

FatBoy Mini BMX Freestyle
Small But Strong
Mini BMX bikes are designed for ramp tricks that put considerable pressure on the frame and wheels, so such bikes must be pretty strong, and the FatBoy Mini BMX bike is just like that! The frame of this bike is made of hi-ten steel with well-welded seams. This combination makes the FatBoy Mini BMX bike durable enough to sustain heavy loads while doing tricks in a skate park. The maximum weight limit of a rider is impressive, thus, both teenagers and adults can use this two-wheeler. What sets this bike apart from many other mini BMXs is its relatively high handlebar, reaching the height convenient for both kids and adults.
Perfection in Every Detail
The FatBoy Mini BMX is unique in terms of design. The bicycle seat is made of Kevlar thread, hence, it's extremely durable and will look like new for a long time. The bike's wheels have no spokes at all, and the wheels themselves are fairly wide. Due to its size and wheels design, the FatBoy Mini will work best on flat surfaces and withstand enormous loads. How to Bunny Hop
A "bunny hop" is one of the basic tricks on the BMX bike. This trick involves jumping both the front and rear wheels off the ground to overcome various obstacles. To bunny hop successfully, you should follow these simple rules.
- To raise the front wheel, sink your weight into the front wheel, bend your knees, and then pull a handlebar upward with your arms. To achieve better results, always keep your elbows and knees slightly bent, push your feet into the pedals.
- To perform the back hoop, shift your weight forward, then snap your heels up, bend your knees, and next pull the pedals up along with your feet.
- To make the complete bunny hop (both front pull and back hop), combine these two techniques.
Protect Your Bike
Too many bicycles are stolen in America each year. And if you want to protect your BMX bike, we advise you to opt for a reliable bike lock.
What is a Bmx Bike
BMX bikes are designed for extreme riding, most often used on streets and in skate parks. BMX bikes are much more durable than ordinary bikes, they are very small and light to perform tricks, jumps, and stunts. BMX bikes are extremely popular with riders of all ages.
We also recommend you to get a bike helmet to protect your head in case of falls and a bike cover to protect your bike when the weather is unfavorable.
What Features to Compare
The first thing you should pay attention to is the bike dimensions. Remember that the taller the rider is, the longer the frame should be. The frame can be made of Hi-Ten steel or different alloys. The bikes with alloy frames are very strong and durable, but the price and the weight of such bikes are also "heavier". The wheel size depends on the frame size and your riding style. The handlebar should match the size of your shoulders.
There are several types of crank systems, and the most common are three-piece and one-piece cranks. A three-piece crank allows you to replace any mechanical part whenever you need it, but such systems are much heavier than one-piece cranks. The length of the crank should also be chosen according to a cyclist's height. Brakes certainly make riding safer, but in extreme riding, too many cables can cause discomfort while doing tricks. Thus, a bike with a gyro brake system is a preferable option for any rider. Thanks to the gyro system, the cables won't tangle and you will be able to do tricks with the handlebar turning around.
The BMX bikes can be equipped with pegs for tackling ramps and street obstacles. The chain cover won't leave a chance for your bike to wind your pants. Plus, if the bike is fitted with reflectors, you will be more visible on the road.
