Kask Protone Helmet
  • The good - pretty damn great! Light weight, very comfortable.
  • All the design elements that Kask has put into this helmet make it feel like it is attached to your skull.
  • Fits nicely, no wind noise. I had a nasty crash, fractured my collarbone & hit me head pretty hard on the pavement but helmet protected me really well, didn't feel a thing.
  • My first one saved my noggin on a recent crash. Dented the helmet but my head didn't feel a thing. Replaced with the same one.
  • Lightweight and comfortable two of the biggest qualities I look for in a helmet.
Giro Synthe Helmet, Matte Black, Medium
  • Really happy with this helmet. Bought it for the weight and looks (as in it's a fairly normal looking bike helmet, not hardcore aero or race looking). Overall, the helmet is light enough that it's possible to forget you're wearing it and surprising very comfortable considering the minimal padding.
  • I am 59ish and medium fits perfect but almost no room for a hat or liner when cold.
  • Feels like a top end product i had an accident in this helmet and it saved me from serious head injury
  • Looks fantastic, really light weight, very comfortable and my head remained cool even on tough 100 mile route recently.
  • Feels like a top end product i had an accident in this helmet and it saved me from serious head injury

What customers say about "Features"
Kask Protone Helmet
  • Very well ventilated even in 85 - 90 degree riding, and doesn't look like a mushroom! The rear neck strap adjusts for height, tightness, and even for the lateral positioning of the two cushion pads.
  • This is, without a doubt, the best fitting, best looking, lightest weight, and coolest helmet for road bike riding that I have ever owned.
  • Instead, the Protone fit provides full contact and, to me, that means improved safety and security.
  • Unlike my other helmets this one slips on and doesn't move. It fits my head perfectly, it's comfortable and it's looks like a million bucks.
  • Add in comfort from the best strapping system / materials I have ever seen, along with super ventilation, and I think you will get a sense of why I love this helmet so much.
Giro Synthe Helmet, Matte Black, Medium
  • Very Light and fits great. Great quality.
  • Love it, great helmet and fits my small head perfect!
  • Love the design but you'd expect a little better quality for this steep price. The straps feel really cheap too. In the end, it's very light and aero.
  • Light, comfortable, easily adjustable and good looking.
  • While it is super light, breaths very well and stays put it is pretty minimal for padding.
