The interior is made of a styrofoam like material with plenty of padding.
Great helmet and for a price that can't be beat. They appear to be high quality, far more then I was expecting.
The helmet seems well made and the side slidelocks feel comfortable below my ear.
The helmet also seems very well made, which is always a good thing for a product designed to protect the melon.
I like how the outer shell is molded to the inner foam so it doesn't chip and peal off.

I like this helmet a lot, it's breathable so that as you are riding you don't get too hot
There is a nice visor on the front which is great for rides on the sunniest days.
The venting on this is fantastic and it's very cool.
There is also an adjustable band in the back to help tweak the helmet to ensure it fits correctly.
It feels so comfortable that it's as though I am not even wearing a helmet.
