First off I will say this LED is the best on the market for many reasons. I own a 300W KIND LED and used in comparison..
5Watt diodes ( need I say more ? ) competitors still using outdated 3Watt diodes..
This was my first LED purchased for an indoor grow. Heard good and bad about it but overall seemed better than most on price range.
Good luck on your LED purchases and if you are considering an affordable good quality light, viparspectra is solid!
These lights are made with Gallium Aluminum Arcenide as part of the manufacturing process of LED's. It is a very toxic compound .

I have used LED lights for 10 years and tried Six different brands. I do my own Par readings and can say the advertised readings are true.
I switched to LED from CFL lighting and am very pleased with the results.It does what it's said to do. I did a lot of research before deciding on this light, and it lives up to the hype.
The LED light was nowhere near as "bright" visibly but human eyes are not an indicator of light strength for proper photosynthesis.
It has been a really solid product and seems well made. I don't have other led lights to compare the growing quality to.
I've had the light for 19 months, and 4 blue LEDs have now burnt out. I do have two of these lights and the second one is still working properly.

Easy to set up, got two for a 4'x4'x8' - just ordered one more for complete coverage.
HOWEVER, they recently changed the model so the lighting is slightly a different color but the coverage area is a lot better.
Great coverage, lightweight, full spectrum lighting, easy setup, great for small indoor gardens.
I grow three big plants in a 4x4 tent using two 600's and one 300, and the coverage is perfect.
The light is a nice even mix of RED / BLUE lights and covers the full spectrum... I heard of complaint about too much blue / white light..

Light coverage is good. I find the foot print to be a little closer to my plants to reach lower branches.
I'm thinking of purchasing an additional light for more coverage, but this one alone works great.
The light had good coverage of a 3x2 area of lettuce, at about 24 inches height. They were left on for 20 hours a day. As of now I'm impressed at the value, and hope it lasts for years.
Light is bright, good size coverage being it's kinda smaller than I thought.
Works great no heat keep house or room at a good temp, will,get another one if you can afford to get a bigger one instead of these two small ones, little coverage.

Have three of these and they are working great. Love the daisy chain feature for the power.
The daisy chain feature is also extremely convenient, that being the main reason I plan on getting 2 more.
The daisy chain feature on this product is also amazing, allowing you to connect multiple devices together. The blue/purple color that this thing emits also adds a nice aesthetic touch to whatever room you are in.
he chaining feature is a big bonus for cord management. I bought 2 and they worked so well I bought the 600w and it's amazing.
It is thick, solid and well built. I made the mistake of looking directly at it when I turned it on the first time and I saw spots for the next hour.

The built in fan is nice, especially if your plants like a little air circulation. It doesn't put out too much heat overall, which is a real perk when growing highland plants.
Operation of the light is flawless, the fans are pretty quiet compared to the in-line fan needed to cool a 600 HPS.
It is a bit loud with its fan but not too bad. It has been a really solid product and seems well made.
Fan is loud. It's a 120mm fan. The last model had 3 fans and 100 leds, now it has one fan and 60 leds -- less materials means less price for us.
The only drawback I would mention is that the fan can be a little louder than some people may be looking for, although its nothing crazy.
