The bail is firm and clicky. The reel is very smooth for 2 bearing.
I know this sienna only has 2 bearings as compared to the old siennas 4 bearings, but this thing is smooth as butter.
This reel is the best bang for your buck. I use it for trout fishing and it has handled some large rainbows. The bail is firm and clicky.
Amazing reels for the price.
Not smooth like it should be, needs more bearings.

Best reel for the buck; very affordable and reliable; smooth reel handling along with various line capacity according to your needs.
It is an absolute great reel. I am running some Powerpro braid on it.
Like the president, the bail flips so easily. And just like all Pfluegers the bearings are super smooth.
I love how smooth it feels. It feels like a reel that cost 100 dollars more.

Has a smooth drag, its light weight & it reels smooth.

Took 10 minutes with 100 yards of 12lb. Braid. Almost got spooled , but the drag is as smooth as any of my shimano's.
This thing has surpassed every single expectation I have had, and has more than enough power for the big mammas.
The cast is smooth and the action on it is also very nice. Very good feel.
I've caught several bass in the 6 lb range with it and can tell you the drag is smooth as fresh butter.
The drag system is smooth, easily adjusted when fighting hard jumping smallmouth bass or tightening when reeling in smaller yellow perch.

It's super smooth, the drag is reliable and predictable, the anti-reverse works great and it's just fast enough to fish fast water.
Seems very sturdy and smooth. Just spooled on 20lb braid and everything seems to be working fine.
I wonder if it is due to the shape and size of the spool or to how the line winds on the reel, but the Shimano has just been superior to everything else that I have used.
The new Sienna reel looks great and handles beautifully. Hands down the best reel on the market for under $30!
From big tarpon to snapper and grouper it can handle a beating!

Can't beat the proformance and the price is rediculious.....!
It's been a great fit for me. I feel the gear ratio is he best choice for accurate bait presentation for walleye and crappie (and other pan fish).
I bought this item about a month ago. I just love it. Operates smoothly and the click snapping bail works like a dream.
Very durable reel... I used it to catch catfish, bass, bluegill, other pan-fish. The reel is ultra smooth, casts like a dream, and the drag is great!
Reel is extremely smooth and fits real nice on the rod. It holds plenty of fishing line on any style.
