What customers say about "Features"
ADATA SU800-1 256GB Solid State Drive (SSD), black
  • It features intelligent SLC caching and a DRAM cache buffer to boost read/write up to 560 MB/s and 520 MB/s.
  • It took about an hour to clone my original hard drive (bought a USB to SATA cable at the same time); and it was a very easy and quick (10 mins max) to swap the drives.
  • In terms of backing up your data, ADATA provides a tool to clone your old drive onto the new one.
  • Fitting is dead easy but will obviously depend on your laptop / desktop. It was easy in mine, got the bottom cover off, few screws and the disk tray was out.
  • This drive has been fitted to 2 laptops and seen 3 operating systems with no issues (I like to test my kit!).
Crucial MX300 525GB 3D NAND SATA 2.5 Inch Internal SSD
  • Quick easy installation. Programs run very quickly and no problems thus far. System is running much cooler as well.
  • The install is not complex, but needs attention to detail. The computer boots up much faster, apps run faster, it is quieter, and probably runs cooler.
  • After installing, the dream came alive. Laptop boots so quickly, and the battery life, heh, I can't brag enough about it. If you look up my pc, you'll know it's pretty much like a Hummer.
  • After installing boot time has almost disappeared; converting music files, etc, is miraculously fast. Anything disk intensive is just amazing.
  • After less than one year of use in a PC as the primary drive it's Master Boot Record got corrupted.I was able to reformat and re-image the drive. We will see how long this lasts.
