I got the 30 stitch machine and it is more than enough for what I do.
The stitches are perfect and it works fast.
Worked very easily and stitching came out beautiful! I was a little concerned because I read negative reviews that the thread breaks often.
The machine throws down beautiful stitches and the software is far more reasonable than comps from other brands.
The stitching is beautiful and consistent on satin, chiffon, denim, and even laminated cotton.

Brother PE770 Embroidery-only machine

Straight out of the box this machine stitches like a dream! The PE770 is much quieter and WAY faster than the Brother pe500 I owned before it.
I am THRILLED with it....the stitching is superb...the construction of the machine is impressive....the manuals are informative.
I have put in well over 1million stitches already on it, and its still going strong. I have not had it serviced yet and will probably wait til it starts giving me issues. An absolutely wonderful machine that I enjoy using!
It stitches very beautiful, it works like a charm. Just have patience, don't give up and figure out what works for you.
650 speed is much faster than my old Bernina--the designs really stitch fast

SINGER Futura XL-400 Computerized Sewing and Embroidery Machine

I choose this machine because it's a fairly new model with auto thread, automated features and it doubles as a sewing machine as well as embroidery machine.
The software is blah itself so don't purchase it for that feature and expect it to do all Embird does.
I love the many features it offers, including multi-hooping and enlarging or modifying designs.
It is very easy to figure out and has so many cool features.
It requires an additional software purchase to have the auto punch and digitization features. This was my mistake, but luckily I had my own software previously.
