Works great, starts right up and will move mulch, lava rock, river stone, common yard debris (small branches etc) & some furniture such as table chairs if on hardwood or lawn chairs on asphalt or pavement.
Variable speed is great, idle position allows cleaning of mulched area without blowing all the mulch away & full bore will remove mulch if desired.
More speed than I expected. Works great on pine needles leaves or pine cones.i blow everything right in the woods and lawn is cleaner than raking.
I have a two acre lot in the central Missouri Ozarks and this blower has made life a lot easier! The large volume of air put out from this blower will move large amounts of leaves any place you want them to go.

Best blower at moving leaves. Hightest CFM.
This thing is a beast. Husqvarna acquired the redman blower and this is the biggest blower with the highest CFM of all blowers.
CFM is more important than MPH for moving items such as leaves or anything with mass. MPH is important for example in getting in the cracks of a driveway and removing sand or dirt.
And it's not just the high airspeed so many manufacturers tout, the 900+ CFM moves leaves, piles of leaves and yard debris effortlessly.
Seems the vibration loosened several of the bolts that hold the engine together and then the casing cracked

A little heavy, but with the way you strap it on to your back makes it tolerable.
The unit is rather heavy.
It is fairly heavy but I got use to it .

It is heavier than my other blowers but the blower harness is well made distribute the weight very well. Once you start moving and working you won't feel it.
It is a little heavy, but the harness is very comfortable and distributes the weight perfectly.
It is a heavy unit.
Great product. Very powerful and works as advertise. Only down side is weight and size.

I have never had a problem starting this blower and it is well designed and very easy to control.
It makes incredibly short work of anything in it's path. It was easy to assemble and it fired up on the 3rd pull
I've been using it regularly, probably 2 to 3 times a week, and it hasn't let me down, it starts easy, it's comfortable to wear and it's so efficient my neighbors love it cause I'm not only doing my yard but their driveways as well, and into the street.
Powerful. Comfortable. Easy to start. Replaced a Stihl BR400 and this is a much better machine.
She was running great then nearly stalled out and simultaneously picked up a wicked vibration. Looked it over and found 2 of the motor mounts broke and the fan had rubbed in the housing due to it flopping about.

The slide trigger maintains the blower speed at a certain speed.
This machine kicks butt!! I have used back pack blowers for years! Nothing with the power this one has! its easy to start easy to gas up and pretty light tooand the joy stick throttle is great you control how much wind you need!!!
Simple to use, starts easily, not too loud on the ears nor too heavy to wear.
The straps are wide and comfortable which evens out the weight as you carry it for a long periods of time.
Low vibration values. Comfortable harnest for long term carring of the blower. Comfort handle for long term bloweing.

Blower has use beyond yard, have used to clean out gutters, move light snow, blowout dryer duct, blowout (clean) screens, and interfere with dart, arrow, & corn hole bag trajectories.
This thing rocks!!! What used to take me 10 hours to do was completed in less than 2 hours.
Outstanding power, moves leaves, twigs, branches, acorns with ease.
It is very powerful, I even used it with fresh snow. It is also heavy but that goes with the power. I usually have to crank it 4 or 5 times. I like it.
It does use more gas than I expected.

Husqvarna 580BTS Backpack Leaf Blower

The power of this unit surpasses my previous units and makes yard work that much faster and easier.
Good size fuel tank for a continuous long lasting full power.
It does eat some fuel, BUT for the amount of work it does, I will gladly stop and feed it more often than my Stihl.
Large tank keeps me going 90 minutes on full throttle, or over 2 hours when I am varying the power. I'm looking forward to winter to see what it will do to the snow!
It is not fuel efficient. (But it is a big engine so that is expected.)
Burns through a lot of gas.
