What customers say about "Processor"
Dell XPS 13 (9360-3591SLV) InfinityEdge Display, 7th Generation Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, Silver
  • This computer is fast and capable especially with the i7u processor with hyperthreading. It can do pretty much anything you want and fast!
  • Best laptop I have owned. Better suited for productivity than a surface pro 4 or a Macbook pro 13.
  • The I7 Gen 7 processor is advertised anywhere from 2.9-3.5GHz. Windows System information tells me it is actually 2.7GHZ. This is screaming fast!
  • These laptops are very well built and are loaded with a powerful processor and enough RAM to handle almost anything. I've been using one of these systems and absolutely love it.
  • It's lightweight, extremely fast and handles anything I throw at it.
  • Occasionally gets a bit hot
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 128 GB, 4 GB RAM, Intel Core i5
  • Very good performance considering I did not opt for the more expensive i7 Core chip).
  • I enjoy the speed of the processor and how fluent everything is.
  • The processor is plenty powerful, but the device is not designed to permit the addition or replacement of RAM.
  • I really enjoy the quick processor that come with it. There is no lag to anything that you click on. You don't have to worry about the screen freezing or anything like that.
  • I purchased the surface pro 4 with a i5 processor and I was giving the m3 processor

What customers say about "Memory"
Dell XPS 13 (9360-3591SLV) InfinityEdge Display, 7th Generation Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, Silver
  • The laptop takes 14 seconds from the time you hit the “On” button until you can start working. This is due to Windows 10 and a Toshiba Solid State Drive. The drive has 512 GB of storage – plenty for a laptop!
  • The 16 GB of memory was advertised as 1866 GHz, but is reported as 2133GHz. This is fairly meaningless, however – the amount of RAM is far more important – and 16 GB is plenty to do anything you could want to do with a computer.
  • I was worried from the comments on the computer with its issues but assumed if I got i7 and best ram that there wouldn't be any issues. By the second week the computer couldn't even open without crashing and I was undable to do anything. Sent it back with no issues and Amazon did a great job
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 128 GB, 4 GB RAM, Intel Core i5
  • I have about 3,000 songs and 5,000 photos and have no memory shortage, so if you are an everyday user like me with basic needs, the 128GB is more than enough.
  • Mine is i5, 4gb ram and 128 ssd model. speed is excellent and pen is super responsive.
  • Exceptional build quality, great screen, terrific portability. (The only thing is, I'd probably go for 8GB RAM model going forward. The processor is plenty powerful, but the device is not designed to permit the addition or replacement of RAM.
  • For our use, the 128 GB of internal storage is more than adequate. The micro SD chip port allows doubling the data storage, and you can always plug in an external drive to store TBs of data. There is only one USB port, so you need to pick and choose what you want to plug in.
  • The SSD stopped working, completely bricking this device, about 15 months after I purchased it.
  • I looked into replacing the SSD, and while the SSD itself is easy to replace, you have to remove the screen to get to it, which is rather tricky.

What customers say about "Features"
Dell XPS 13 (9360-3591SLV) InfinityEdge Display, 7th Generation Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, Silver
  • Windows 10 is a great operating system. Those who complain about it just simply don't like change and will complain about MacOS Sierra as well. There are significant performance improvements in Windows 10 which bring startup speeds to less than 10 seconds from a complete shut down.
  • The small bezels make the laptop's screen look much bigger than 12.5" and is aesthetically pleasing
  • The battery can last up to 14 hours which is amazing if you don't want to bring the charger around
  • The battery takes less than an hour and a half to fully charge
  • The quality of pictures is fantastic, great for movies/videos
  • Camera is on the bottom left of the display
  • No fingerprint sensor
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 128 GB, 4 GB RAM, Intel Core i5
  • The screen is absolutely beautiful; text is sharp and clear, colors are correct, and the resolution is high.
  • The pen is great I don't need to get my greasy fingerprints all over the device and clean it every 5 seconds.
  • Display is a lot better than expected and shows crystal clear images.
  • The surface pen is amazing to use on the screen when taking notes or for just doodling
  • Battery life is around 8 hours, but it is way better than my laptop that only lasted around 2 and a half hours.

What customers say about "Connectivity"
Dell XPS 13 (9360-3591SLV) InfinityEdge Display, 7th Generation Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, Silver
  • Has all ports for normal productivity and beats in price all the new refreshed Macbook pro's.
  • I am glad I purchased last year's model, as the extra USB port and the standard-sized SD card slot are pretty nice bonuses.
  • NOTE THAT THE SSD PORT ONLY SUPPORTS SATA (so if you want to buy 128gb and upgrade the ssd, make sure you have a sata ssd)
  • They went with a lightening port for HDMI instead of a regular HDMI port so you have to use an adapter for HDMI output, which is intermittent at best, or buy a lightening to HDMI cable
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 128 GB, 4 GB RAM, Intel Core i5
  • The magnetic charging port is a nice touch...no fishing around if you're in the dark; it just pulls the end of the cable right in.
  • Great, it works very well. But need go to Microsoft shop to upgrade the software before I can connect it with Wifi and Bluetooth. My daughter like it very much.
  • Can handle multiple USB inputs significantly better than surface pro 3.
  • Would like to have USB-C charging ability. I'm concerned that if I forget my charging cord that I'll be stuck.
  • When I first tried to set it up, I had some connection problems, and my touch wasn't working. But I immediately called tech support and they helped me get everything set up and I haven't had any issues since.
  • Only con will probably be that it only has one USB port. Therefore, I'll be looking to buy the surface dock for it eventually.
