I have never seen isolation this good, just make sure you get a tight fit.
They're comfortable and do an excellent job of isolating you from the environment.
Isolation is not so much that you can't hear someone trying to talk to one, but once the music turns on you're in another world!
Sound isolation with Shure's foam tips is almost exactly like that of the Etymotic ER4S - the best I've ever heard in terms of NRR.
The sound is so clear - truly amazing. The bass is very good - much better than the Shure 400 series.

Sennheiser IE800S In-Ear Headphones

The sound is so clean that my mysophobia is cured. Way better than the previous ear/headphones.
Sound quality is excellent. Although this is not a noise-cancelling device, the isolation provided by the standard ear adapters is excellent.
Excellent noise isolation and hardly any sound from the cords rubbing on clothing etc.
The sound through the headphones was crisp (both highs and lows), nice bass, and sound isolating was amazing.
Package and case is stylish and noise isolation is well done with the included tips.

These come with many different accessories, from multiple sets and types of eartips, to various cabling adapters and even a large hard case and cleaning cloth.
Professional packing job, heavy duty cases. I did try the different filters and settled on the black(smooth) one.
The travel case is great and the pelican case for rugged storage is perfect.
The earphone itself is in a Crystal-clear casing which shows off its internal components in all its glory.
I use the yellow foam sleeves and have had no issues with fit, sound, or comfort.

Sennheiser IE800S In-Ear Headphones

The sound profile is balanced, neither shrill nor bass-heavy.
They sound great, especially with comply foam eartips, the build is solid, they're really comfy to wear for long sessions and look great.
Build quality is great and they feel sturdy. The case is well made and will keep them from getting tangled.
Amazing sound, they fit great, the case is really nice, and nothing bad to say really.
The leather case is useless. No one is going to wind the cords up that way.
