What customers say about "Key Specs"
Vitamix 7500 with 32oz Dry Grain Jar and 2- 20oz To-Go Cups (Red)
  • Makes hot soup in 6 - 8 minutes and blends dry grains into fine powder.
  • I wanted the pulse button (because I have used that feature a lot with my Cuisinart) as well as the variable speed dial and the shorter, low profile jar. This Vitamix is fantastic.
  • The container has more than enough capacity for my personal needs. The motor is more than capable of handling the raw or frozen fruits & veggies I put in it.
  • After buying this 7500 I was very disappointed this model is just as loud as to 5200...and the speed is the same as the 5200 as it was stated in the write up.
  • Top speed seems to be a bit less, so some foods like hummus don't become as smooth.
Vitamix 750 Professional Series, Candy Apple Red Finish
  • Smoothie blending is perfect consistency. Blending sorbets and smoothies is very quick, like two minutes.
  • This new one is much quieter and with the combination of the full range variable speed along with pre-programmed settings, it's a fantastic machine.
  • This thing is amazing.. You really don't realize the difference until you use a blender with this kind of power and speed. I'm starting to make a lot of things in it now.. I makes wonderful soups, sauces, etc...
  • This is a very powerful machine. It can operate in some pre-programmed modes as well as in variable speed mode.
  • Soups do not get "piping hot." Even though there is steam coming from the container, the contents are warm at best.
  • Turns everything to mulch-looking stuff, even on slowest setting pulsed. Chunks are random shapes. Must still chop by hand when appearance matters. But this is true of any blender/food processor I guess.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Vitamix 7500 with 32oz Dry Grain Jar and 2- 20oz To-Go Cups (Red)
  • Nothing compares to this product. Heavy, Durable and works better then anything I’ve ever bought seems expensive yet it’s worth every penny.
  • The base is heavy and solid, with good feel to the controls.
  • Very versatile and powerful. Heavy and well constructed.
  • It is a little bulky and I wish the machine was a little quieter, but overall I'm happy with my purchase.
Vitamix 750 Professional Series, Candy Apple Red Finish
  • As far as storage and cleaning goes, the wider shorter jar is your best bet. It's easier to clean, is better suited for smaller families and takes up less space on your kitchen counters.
  • The base is heavy, so you can walk away without worrying about the unit tipping or shaking if the contents of the container are off balance.
  • The Vitamix is heavy and very well made, compared with the Ninja.
  • I love the size/shape of the pitcher, it fits right under my cabinets and is very easy to clean out.
  • This machine will power through anything you throw at it. And, the recipe book is great as well.

What customers say about "Features"
Vitamix 7500 with 32oz Dry Grain Jar and 2- 20oz To-Go Cups (Red)
  • Love the video instructions that came with this blender (such an ordinary name for something so extraordinary!). They made me feel like a pro.
  • It's easy to clean. Fill it up with water and a drop of soap (and for me occasionally I'll add a little white vinegar to get something greasy off of it) and let it whirl.
  • It has a 7 year warranty and they stand by their product. Made in the USA. I'm happy with that!!
  • It's super easy to clean - just don't use anything abrasive, it will scratch the plastic and I highly recommend avoiding the dishwasher. Hand wash only!
  • Crapped out making soup after 8th use. Have barely had it a year. Electrical smell and Motor froze after only using pulse mode.
Vitamix 750 Professional Series, Candy Apple Red Finish
  • This is a very powerful machine. It can operate in some pre-programmed modes as well as in variable speed mode.
  • The various programs (smoothie, soup, etc) aren't just a gimmick - they actually work and make a difference in the finished product.
  • It comes with a recipe book that has really good recipes with specific instructions including the ORDER of adding ingredients which makes a difference also.
  • The container doesn't lock into place on the motor, so you have to hold it in place when doing heavy duty blending using the temper. Even with soups I'd be weary of not holding it, just in case.
  • Juicing is NOT smooth. I tried to make carrot juice by blending carrots on the soup setting and even longer on the custom settings, but there was still a lot of roughage.

What customers say about "Power"
Vitamix 7500 with 32oz Dry Grain Jar and 2- 20oz To-Go Cups (Red)
  • Awesome! fast, powerful and EASY to CLEAN!
  • I had the 5200 for about 6 years and liked it very much. Vitamix had a trade in program which I took advantage of. The 7500 is more powerful, fits under the counter, and I wanted red.
  • It is a wonderful, powerful blender that surpasses all others and the nice wide container is easy to empty and clean.
  • Powerful motor that blends smoothies and frozen drinks better than my previously owned blenders.
  • The powerful motor has no problem with frozen fruit/veggies, making awesome smoothies (use it almost every day!).
Vitamix 750 Professional Series, Candy Apple Red Finish
  • It's powerful and has the smoothest sorbet blend I've ever seen, only a few tiny specs at the perfect sorbet consistency. If you blend until all specs are gone it turns into a smoothie consistency.
  • Super powerful, great for making veggie/protein blends (no smoothies here, borderline diabetes means no juicing/blending fruits), batters, breads, soups, mayonaise (omg, once you will taste you will never buy from store again).
  • It's a powerful machine and gets the blending job done... It's just what I wanted.
  • Best feature - Powerful motor, this translate to very smooth in anything you blend.
  • Noise (painful) on certain programmed settings.
