What customers say about "Key Specs"
Lowepro Pro Runner BP 350 AW II Pro Photographer Carry-On Camera Backpack
  • This bag is made with quality materials and well constructed. Easy to recommend.
  • This is a great one to store all of my equipment in. It is very high quality material and very user friendly!
  • I can confirm from the heavy duty quality of the material that this fully padded backpack can take some tough tumbles.
  • There's a functional mesh compartment and a pocket for a flash drive, its great. The main compartment is excellent.
  • I loved everything about it, until I inspected the cheap flimsy handle. It is 'wobbily', thin, made with cheap material and has an attitude problem.
  • The front compartment, this area doesn't have as much padding as I would like and doesn't have much depth.
Lowepro Pro Runner BP 450 AW II DSLR Camera Backpack Case (Black)
  • The padding all around is hefty. I feel very confident about the quality of the material used.
  • This backpack has so many compartments and it was MUCH cheaper than ordering it directly from Lowepro.
  • Overall, I'm really happy with the amount of compartments and space this backpack has.
  • I didn't rate comfort, material quality or durability because that's still an unanswered set of questions.
  • The material looks unreliable, because I dropped my backpack and saw a scratch on the accessory, it’s good that it’s not a camera.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Lowepro Pro Runner BP 350 AW II Pro Photographer Carry-On Camera Backpack
  • It will fit in an overhead compartment with ease, or depending on what class you fly on the plane, under the seat in front of you.
  • It was a little bit difficult to figure out sizing between this bag and the other models but this is exactly what I needed.
  • It's not heavy at all and the weight is well balanced throughout. Great design and got it at a awesome lower price.
  • It feels like you're wearing a big block, but that's to be expected due to the padding and size.
  • It doesn't have the space to expand against your back and feels like 3 hard areas when its weighted down with your gear.
Lowepro Pro Runner BP 450 AW II DSLR Camera Backpack Case (Black)
  • A big plus factor, size of backpack complies with airlines carry on luggage requirement.
  • Great sized bag. I fit my D800e + 70-200mm lens + D300 with 50mm lens attached as well as room for 300mm F4 prime as well as 6 other lenses and sb910 flash.
  • It all that I need. Great to wear on your back. Good in weight is a cross between heavy and light.
  • It's a nice bag bit it's too small for my requirements, for it's size I feel it's a bit overpriced. I returned for a refund.
  • If it is fully loaded, then the back very quickly begins to get tired. It seems to me that the weight is distributed incorrectly in it.

What customers say about "Protection"
Lowepro Pro Runner BP 350 AW II Pro Photographer Carry-On Camera Backpack
  • Very well padded, soft materials and great protection for all your electronics and lenses. The dividers are completely adjustable.
  • The cradle for the tripod works great and I really like the water proof cover for whenever mother nature changes her mind.
  • Excellent backpack. Worth the price. Very well padded. Heavy duty zippers and well organized. Very happy with the purchase.
  • Zippers and stitching are very beefy. I can tell this one will last years. I highly recommend it.
  • Make the laptop side zipper an inch longer to make it easier to pull the computer out (helps in time critical places like airport security).
Lowepro Pro Runner BP 450 AW II DSLR Camera Backpack Case (Black)
  • The zipper pulls were great because you could attach a TSA security combo lock on either zipper compartments.
  • The waterproof cover is nice to have if you find yourself in bad weather from time to time.
  • The zippers are robust and don't catch, and the shoulder straps are thick and comfortable.
  • The zippers open very smoothly with a single hand, no snagging, working back and forth. Strong inserts to keep your gear snug.
  • I like the lockable zippers but this also makes it a little tight when you close the main zipper.

What customers say about "Features"
Lowepro Pro Runner BP 350 AW II Pro Photographer Carry-On Camera Backpack
  • Good size for tons of photo gear; decent shoulder and waist straps; can hold a water bottle in the stretch pocket and hold a tripod.
  • There's also another small pocket on the front outside that is the perfect size for my airline tickets. On the side is a stretch mesh pocket just big enough for a small water bottle.
  • This bag's straps are very supportive and padded, even with all the stuff i mentioned above in the bag, it doesn't feel as heavy as it should be.
  • This bag when loaded is bulky and somewhat heavy but the shoulder and waist straps are well padded and designed so that it is more comfortable to wear.
  • The straps are hard to adjust and the backpack right now is uncomfortable. I'm going to try to make further adjustments.
Lowepro Pro Runner BP 450 AW II DSLR Camera Backpack Case (Black)
  • It easily fits in the overhead compartment on an airplane. The internal dividers are easy to adjust and there are enough of them to create separate compartments.
  • The straps and padding work really well. I’ve hiked for several hours in hot weather with ~28 pounds of equipment and have not been uncomfortable.
  • The handles on the top and side make it easy to carry. There’s a good size pocket for a large water bottle.
  • Also included zippered bag to store your power adapters, chargers, batteries, intervalometer.
  • The strap was weak and even though the tripod would be secured i'd find it flopping around when walking and running.
