This one is a bit heavier, but I suspect that it’ll more than worth trading weight for the comfort these things are famous for.
I tried at least 10 saddles for my new steed but kept getting sores finally bit the bullet and bought the brooks. It has just about broken in and gets better every day ..Love it!
Best seat for relieving sit bone issue I was plagued with on all my other saddles. My only regret was not going to Brooks first.

I rode 60 miles on the first day and it was comfortable as expected. It's only going to get better with each ride.
I can feel it flex underneath me and provide some amount of cushion from the road, but not so much that it feels too squishy or robs me of pedaling energy.
Second B17 after the first bike and saddle were stolen, super comfortable for me, long touring rides, gets better with age
Once I hit about 300 miles, it was magic! I've now got about 2000 miles on it now, and I'll never ever run any other seat again. It is simply amazing, 70 mile rides are nothing!
Excellent, easily the most comfortable bike seat I've ever owned. Started good and is only getting better as it breaks in.

Brooks B15 Swallow Bicycle Saddle

Very, very cool, especially on a vintage (or vintage-looking) ride. You don’t find old-school craftsmanship like this anymore. Leave it to the British.
The saddle itself is of the highest quality and rides very nice. If you like more of an "old school" look, this is for you.
This is on a steel frame Gunnar rebuilt this winter and it is beautiful. It also rides really nicely over distances up to 100 miles, as far as I have ridden it so far.
A slight flex in the leather and metal frame soaked up the bumps. No pain or discomfort, simply the most comfortable saddle known to my 'tender rear'.
This saddle is simply the best saddle for long distances and I mean my first ride was over three hours.

I have always heard these saddles were the most comfortable so I took the risk and IT WAS THE GREATEST CHOICE OF MY LIFE!
My first ride was 4 miles of pure comfort, and each subsequent one has gotten longer and are equally comfortable.
Don't let the fact that it is hard as rock out of the box fool you, it really is a superb seat!
But let me tell you I am a 5'2" female weighing in about 125 measley pounds and it only took 4 rides (roughly 50 miles) before it started feeling cushy!!
The saddle is better and more comfortable than I expected. It's important to buy a cover if you're going to be in you're going to be in wet conditions.
