- It produces amazing sound from those small speakers. Clean sound with good base response.

Yamaha STAGEPAS 400I Portable
- I had a fender passport system but decided to replace it with this new unit from yamaha as it has direct ipod connectivity and most importantly a feedback suppression button.
- This has been a great investment. Right now I'm using it in small and medium venues with solo and duo acoustic guitar gigs, and plan to add a sub eventually to round the system out. It really sounds good!
- The reverb feature in nice. I personally think the sound is very clean, not too much bass.
- Acoustic guitar sounds great through the PA. Reverb, monitor outs, music inputs. Overall a great system! This PA is loud enough for most bars/clubs. Louder does not make you a better musician.
- Especially like the usb port for ipod or ipad. This allows me to play recorded music between sets.
- The only thing I have against it is that the Feedback suppressor makes a growling sound when engaged.
- Cooling fan inside the mixer control is making too much noise, it bothers me a lot.
Yamaha STAGEPAS 600i Portable PA System
- This is a perfect system for home Karaoke! We love to entertain and this system sounds so professional! The only thing we added was a subwoofer to make it sound even better.
- The yamaha reverb makes me sound like Steve Green while singing. Just fantastic. With the ipod connection I can FINALLY stop trying to sinc my galaxy tab with the music I need.
- The versatility is awesome since they can be used as your main front of house system in small/medium venues (utilize the subwoofer out with a nice powered sub for medium venues), and they can also be setup as floor monitors.
- We have audience over 80 people at times and this rig fills up the whole place with great sound. This 600i PA, Carvin powered stage monitor, speaker stands and mic stands, my keyboard and a sack of wires easily fit in the back seat of my pickup.
