What customers say about "Key Specs"
Ryobi P236 One+ Lithium Ion Cordless Impact Driver
  • Cumaru is a very hard wood, and is difficult to cut, drill or screw down. This Ryobi One+ impact driver cut through it like butter! Saved us a TON of time and effort! This is my new favorite tool. Highly recommend!
  • Used as a heavy hitting deck screw driver that makes child's play of 3-1/2" screws into any wood surface.
  • While it won't really spin the lug nuts off of a car tire, it certainly has plenty of power to run box after box of 3.5 inch deck screws all day long without killing your wrist.
  • It will 'eat' through hard woods, driver 3" lag bolts, and drill through the toughest materials with ease. For a DIYer on a budget, this is the impact driver.
  • Ryobi makes rock-solid tools that stand up to heavy use, and this driver is no exception -- it's extremely powerful and lightweight -- it feels way better in my hands than any drill I've used, and is balanced perfectly
Ryobi P237 One+ Lithium Ion Cordless Impact Driver
  • I made a ladder for the treehouse. I just drove about 24 6" timberlock bolts and 10 4" phillips screws. It drove them in as if going into butter (well almost). The phillips screws did not get stripped as usually happens with a standard drill/driver.
  • IT has plenty of power to drive screws, lag bolts, tighten nuts and much more. The addition of the selectable speeds is nice, since I can dial in the performance I need for a particular job.
  • Can put tons of long decking screws in where my cordless runs out of steam after not too many.
  • I needed to change the rotors on my Honda Pilot and the screws required an impact screwdriver to remove. On the lowest speed, removing them was effortless.
  • Nice surprise for 1/4 inch impact. First, I used the tool to install Wall Anchors. They went in like butter.

What customers say about "Features"
Ryobi P236 One+ Lithium Ion Cordless Impact Driver
  • Used to drive 3 to 6 inch HeadLok Bolts in while building my shed. Never Flinched! Took all I threw at it 7 then some! This is such an awesome tool it also drives 1/4 hex head bolts with no problem
  • One real benefit is the built-in lights on the front of this really light things up in tight dark spaces like inside and under cabinets.
  • The impact driver works well, the light is great and the weight is perfect.
  • Its very comfortable to hold and really easy to operate without any issues and has an insane run time especially when you couple it with the Ryobi P104 Battery Pack! The triple LED Lights allow for plenty of visibility when you are in dark situations.
  • The auto lock chuck makes bit removal and switching very easy and sturdy. Just make sure you catch the bit upon release as it will launch out on its own.
Ryobi P237 One+ Lithium Ion Cordless Impact Driver
  • RYOBI 18volt 3speed impact with LEDs, belt clip, quick connect head was the dream & I got it about 2 or 3 years ago. Loved it so much that when my baby got lost in the field the same model replaced it.
  • The 3 LED lights really came in handy as the evening progressed. this driver actually exeeded my expectations.
  • I like the the variable speed aids control, and the lights are more useful than I thought.
  • I do like that it has 3 speeds for different impact settings. It has made my home projects so much easier and faster.
  • It drives anything I need it to and the battery life is terrific. Recharge time is quick. I put off buying battery powered tools for a long time but now I'm glad I finally did.
  • The only thing that I did not like as much as the early model is installing the bit it is not designed as well as the older rubber unit.
