What customers say about "Key Specs"
Luxe Bidet Neo 180 Non-Electric Mechanical Bidet Toilet Attachment
  • The fit on our elongated bowl was perfect.
  • I've also heard that bidets like this are highly recommended for those with hemorrhoids or similar problems, to decrease irritation and promote cleanliness.
  • All the hoses connected easily with no leaks. Very impressed at how simple and intuitive the whole process was.
  • I wish the water feed T-connector wasn't plastic, although I'll admit I was able to get a solid leak-free connection on the first try.
  • I agree with other reviewers who had problems or concerns with the plastic T connector they supply to make the water connection. I would never trust that cheap part and I didn't even try to use it.
Luxe Bidet Neo 185 Non-Electric Mechanical Bidet Toilet Attachment
  • Unlike the Astor's laser beam of power wash, the Luxe Bidet is more of a spray affect and you can turn up the lever to get a more powerful spray but it doesn't hurt like the Astor.
  • It took me about 20 minutes to install despite my awkwardly placed toilet.
  • The material is surprisingly very durable and well crafted. it’s not cheap plastic at all.
  • Non-electric: This is good because I don't have to worry about replacing any batteries. I also have no electrical outlets in my dedicated toilet room.
  • It is a bit tricker getting the bidet installed so the nozzles do not extend down and hit the back of the toilet bowel. If they do, it means they door cover either will not open or the nozzles will get stuck in the extended mode and not retract behind the cover.
  • After growing accustomed to using a bidet, it becomes a little harder to use other toilet.

What customers say about "Hygiene"
Luxe Bidet Neo 180 Non-Electric Mechanical Bidet Toilet Attachment
  • The wash function is nice, and keeps the nozzles clean so you don't feel like you are blasting "dirty toilet water" on your rear end.
  • I don't really like the feminine wash - it doesn't hit in the right place, the spray is wider and gets my legs wet, and if I'm not careful it sprays out onto the floor, so I am not going to use that setting.
  • Keep in mind it has just 3 positions, Women, Wash, and Cleaning. There is no in between positions, or smooth transitions. Whe you left the Women, you are on Wash, and the difference is noticeable.
  • And in the summer, it might actually be refreshing. But I do like the idea of a soothing warm wash now and then.
  • I've also noticed that when you turn the knob to clean/wash/women modes, the knob does not line up with the label.
Luxe Bidet Neo 185 Non-Electric Mechanical Bidet Toilet Attachment
  • Separate feminine wash (sprays more forward) and a butt wash separate nozzles (sprays more toward the back).
  • Includes a setting for Women, which works great. Its so easy.
  • The pressure surely varies by house, but in mine I can't turn the dial past about 2 of 5 before it gets to be too much. This isn't a problem in practice -- just don't go past 2.
  • The lowest setting on the bum setting is still not as soft as I would like it but hey!

What customers say about "Control"
Luxe Bidet Neo 180 Non-Electric Mechanical Bidet Toilet Attachment
  • The controls are solid and deliver the jets correctly.
  • After reading all the reviews I picked the Luxe Bidet Neo 180. I have never had one before. The 180 has a lever (vs a dial) and seemed like it would be easier to control.
  • The metal t-adapters are stronger, will last longer, and they also have the water pressure valve to control your water pressure.
  • When i was looking up reviews of this product, i saw videos of the similar model which has a dial to control how powerful the water jet is.
  • The lift up water control lever is really more of an on or off switch and does not allow you to effectively modulate the intensity of the water spray.
Luxe Bidet Neo 185 Non-Electric Mechanical Bidet Toilet Attachment
  • Adjustable pressure: Although I never have to turn it past 40%, it's good to know that I can adjust the pressure as freely as I would like.
  • High pressure jet (do not test without some ways to block water - it will shoot out very far).
  • The dials aren't metal or similar, they are plastic with a reflective coating. In my experience, this coating wears away over time and reveals the underlying plastic color.
  • Multi-faced surface on the knob panel means creating curves and corners that are harder to clean.
  • No pressure control (jet is super powerful but sometime wish it could be mellowed down a bit). As stated by others, this can be mitigated by buying the T-valve. Overall a great product. I already have it installed in 3 of my toilets.

What customers say about "Features"
Luxe Bidet Neo 180 Non-Electric Mechanical Bidet Toilet Attachment
  • The self cleaning nozzle is also a handy feature.
  • All in all, I love the Neo 180 and all of the added features it provides compared to other Luxe models.
  • I forgot to mention the nozzle cleaning function before, but it is a very nice added feature. With regular use, I have found it to be very effective in keeping the nozzles clean.
  • It works just as it is described and the guard, the self-cleaning as well as the woman's wash features are really nice as it's not offered in some of the similar but more expensive bidets.
  • The only issue I had was that after installation, the toilet seat was sloping forward.
Luxe Bidet Neo 185 Non-Electric Mechanical Bidet Toilet Attachment
  • Despite other review's concerns about the plastic plumbing, no unwanted leaks have sprung.
  • Has a protective cover over the nozzles to prevent the nozzles from getting stuff on them. Stuff could bounce up underneath the cover but it does cover them and the nozzles. The door seems to close well after use so far.
  • Self clean option. Female option selection. Ease of installation. Stainless steel hose included. Savings on less used toilet paper.
  • Self-cleaning nozzle works well (you're still going to have to clean the outside of this thing, and even though the nozzle is protected by a gate, I still wipe it down during normal routine chores).
  • Its a straightforward installation but if you hate being handy, it may annoy you that you’ll have to crouch, bend, twist and turn to install it.
  • The aesthetic design is just dreadful and makes it feel a little cheap and unsophisticated. Could use some updated typefaces.
