- This DAC has dynamics, a wide range, bass with some "length" and resonance, clean, sparkly highs, well defined midrange.
- Amazing DAC. Excellent build quality, like all Schiit products.
- This product provides the best improvement in the DAC process that you can achieve at the price point.
- This DAC sounds better than DACs I have paid well over $1500 for. Incredible value.
- It does not play 24/192 files, and it is supposed to. I don't recommend product.

- Great little DAC to add in between an Echo Link and your good old-fashioned stereo receiver.

Schiit Modi 3 D/A Converter - Delta-Sigma DAC
- Modi 3 is a really nice upgrade with optical and optional power supply.
- Sounds as good on USB, as SPDIF-no need for upgrade power supplies etc.
- Can be used with PC, PS4 and Xbox 360, and any other devices with Digital or Coax outputs.
- The SPDIF input is handy for sources that might not play nice with USB input (looking at you, gaming consoles).
- The sound is not very dynamic sounding and I find the sound a step or three behind my old DAC.
Schiit Modi Multibit DAC - D/A Converter
- The bass was nice and punchy, and unit just do what it made for.
- The sound quality with Sennheiser HD 58x was noticeably better and I was happy with it.
- Paired with Senheisser headphones and vacuum tube amp sounds great!
- For a stereo-based system I can't recommend this bargain enough for the point that there is no MQA.
- There is some issue with the certain tones and the dynamic range, the sound becomes harsh.
