What customers say about "Key Specs"
Epson WorkForce WF-100 Wireless Mobile Printer
  • The nozzle check is a utility built into this printer to verify that all print nozzles on the machine are spraying correctly. You get a grid of each color on a piece of paper to verify that it's printing correctly. 3 cleanings later, and tons of ink used, the printheads are printing again.
  • Speed is good but not lightning-fast (faster when plugged into a wall outlet than when running on battery) but I am so happy to have a portable printer I gladly put up with what I consider to be this minor inconvenience.
  • The page printing is not super fast but prints at a sufficient speed. Also, the printing process involves some noise that may be bothersome to some, especially in a library, but palatable.
  • I am a home inspector and picked this up for the size and speed. Not to mention the great reviews on the print quality. OVerall, I am very impressed with this printer.
  • Good size and just what I needed. Mediocre print quality, slow and not the best iOS app or integration
Canon PIXMA iP110 Wireless Mobile Inkjet Printer
  • Print quality and speed is adequate for everyday print jobs, but nothing to rave about. It’s small footprint and ultra portability is what sold me on this unit.
  • Good print quality and adequate speed. iP210 is faster than iP100 and includes Bluetooth connectivity.
  • I love this printer. It is so compact and prints at a decent speed. Was easy to set up.
  • The speed is still pretty quick and when you whip this out with ease and start printing you will need the time for everyone to ask about his super neat gizmo.
  • On top of that the print speed for black is absolutely horrendously slow. Going to return this asap!

What customers say about "Printing / Scanning"
Epson WorkForce WF-100 Wireless Mobile Printer
  • The resolution is good. Overall, I'm pleased with this little thing and look forward to using it.
  • The only thing that made me waver was that CR stated that the printing quality of the Canon mobile was better. I don't know how it could be. The print quality is better than my standard HP printer.
  • Great printer, small and does not make much noise, and it came with a nice quality ink. I keep it in a cupboard and take it out whenever I need it. Not totally light but not the heaviest either so one could carry around with them if needed.
  • We probably print 5-10 sheets per Week. Quality is excellent.
  • Unfortunately, I have had a great deal of difficulty getting the color balance right and have rarely had a photo come out that I was satisfied with. The resolution seems lower than their earlier machines, too.
Canon PIXMA iP110 Wireless Mobile Inkjet Printer
  • What I loved the most about this printer is that whatever 8.5x11" or 5x7" or 4x6"-inch size paper I place in the printer tray, using AirPrint, it will print at that right size every time
  • The print quality is very good. And I feel it is a unique product as far as combining price, quality, and portability.
  • I bought this to replace ip90, I'm not as happy with the print quality with this one the ip110. Leaves lines when printing photos sometimes even after head cleaning. For photos I'd not recommend it.
  • No actual paper tray means you'll have to store paper supply separately (and somehow keep it from getting gunked up between uses)
  • It's not the best print quality in known spacetime, maybe. But it's lovely to my eyes, in full colour. The components seem exceptionally sturdy and exacting.

What customers say about "Cartridges"
Epson WorkForce WF-100 Wireless Mobile Printer
  • The printer ink tanks look small - and they are! But don't let that deceive you. So far, I've printers nearly 35 pages the first day of use (initial ink tanks) and barely placed a dent in the cartridge.
  • The ink cartridges are really small but are fairly cheap to replace so that really is not an issue.
  • Amazing powerful portable color printer. Took it to a conference shortly after I purchased it. We went through over 1200 sheets of paper, 6 color cartridges, 4 black cartridges printing color reports that participants bought from us. Worked flawlessly! Super impressed!
  • Unfortunately the ink one buys separately from epson is not as good quality.
  • Also, if you run out of colored ink, even though you tell it to print only black, it still will not print without the color replaced.
Canon PIXMA iP110 Wireless Mobile Inkjet Printer
  • One feature I think is a great idea is the replaceable print head. I think this is a good compromise between having the print head built into the cartridge and having a hard to replace print head in the printer itself.
  • I love this little printer. For an inkjet, I find that the cartridges last quite a long time, although they are expensive, which is a hassle.
  • Ink cartridges -- I see some websites say 200 pages and others say 300 pages. So be prepared with an extra. But the point of this printer is to travel, not to be my primary printer churning out thousands of pages a month.
  • In doing the printing, I printed the equivalent of about 60 four by six high resolution, high quality, full color prints. It used about 60% of the color cartridge, so the capacity of the cartridge for photo printing should be about 100 4x6 prints. It used almost none of the black cartridge.
  • I had the thought of opening the cover and checking the print cartridges, and I discovered that one was just barely unseated. I didn't see it at first. I played with the cartridge, and finally got it properly plugged in.

What customers say about "Features"
Epson WorkForce WF-100 Wireless Mobile Printer
  • Now, if you're printing like 50 sheets at once, on battery power, it's no speed demon but for a few pages, speed is acceptable. When plugged into AC power - it's pretty zippy! You get about 40 - 50 sheets of color or 70ish pages of black and white on a full charge in my experience.
  • Sleep looking and good quality build. Battery lasts. Very easy to set up. Totally recommend.
  • Very light weight. Prints easily from iPhone, iPad. Ink is pricey, and I believe should have lasted longer.
  • Another thing I like, is that to my knowledge, unlike another mobile printer - this printer has access to online printing cloud service like Google CloudPrint, Apple AirPrint and EpsonConnect (available when connected to WiFi). For me, this is huge
  • WiFi is a hit or miss so I you start with cable connection to make it connect property each time.
Canon PIXMA iP110 Wireless Mobile Inkjet Printer
  • It uses the exact same battery as my iP100 so I didn't have to buy another expensive battery for it.
  • With the Airprint connection, once it's working, it prints - from the iPhone - as if I did have a USB connection.
  • It is small and light, easy to transport and does not take much room.
  • The HP Officejet 100 took me three minutes to set up as the only thing complicated was putting in the ink cartridges. But the installing the software and the WiFi connectivity were a breeze. Even the setting up the apps on my Android phone and tablet was easy.
  • No A to B cable when their wireless connection is frustrating.
