What customers say about "Key Specs"
Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X Flight Stick
  • The controls are great and responsive. The buttons located in easy to reach spaces and you don't have to take your hand off the flight stick or throttle.
  • The detachable throttle control and the numerous programmable on stick buttons make this a very flexible and nimble unit.
  • Controls are tight and responsive, buttons are all fully customizable, and it works flawlessly as a "plug-n-play" with war thunder!
  • This joystick is amazing! great options for assigning functions and good feel and stability in all axes
  • Some buttons have distinct tactile 'click' when pressed but some are more of a spongey feel. (tested this one two identical models of this joystick and both had the same behavior)
  • Throttle has a quite tough notch at the 50% point. This would be good if it were adjustable or toggleable, because its great for space sims with reverse throttle, but in FSX/Xplane, its a bit annoying to try smoothly increasing throttle
Logitech Extreme 3D Pro for Windows
  • Good product for a good price. Lots of buttons for varies functions and quality construction.
  • Very good stick for the price, a lot of buttons and most programs recognize it to begin with.
  • It is a great joystick for the price range, very sensitive to movements and great button array.
  • The joystick moves in three axes (X, Y, and Z for twist/rudder), has a slider (throttle), an 8-way hat switch, and 12 buttons.
  • Good for some games, not all games. very hard to get x-box controller games to work (needs third-party conversion software, may still not work, not enough buttons to match comfortably a handheld controller) joystick feels stiff and fights you a bit. thrust level is hard to zero.
  • The buttons don't have the crisp feeling my ten year old one has and the yaw axis has a bit of slop in it too. Wish there was an alternative at a similar price range.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X Flight Stick
  • The unit is substantial enough in size and weight to really add to the immersive experience.
  • This HOTAS has a decent weight to it and although it's of plastic construction it does feel well made and durable.
  • I was surprised by the nice weight and feel of this stick and thrust. I was expecting it to feel a bit more cheap.
  • The only downside is the weighted bases are not heavy enough so you need to secure them to a table or something to avoid movement.
Logitech Extreme 3D Pro for Windows
  • I love the feel of the handle, it is so comfortable. Perfect size and the "shelf" at the bottom really helps support the hand. The buttons are easy to reach and seem to work perfectly well.
  • The size and functionality is great and the stability when I am playing a more energetic game is remarkable
  • Great feel, good button location for mid-sized hands and nice sturdy base.
  • The weight, size, and the feel of the joystick are just terrific.
  • Not bad...but a little bit light weight.
  • The base is weighted, but not by much. This stick will jump off the table on you. Thankfully, there is a solution - keep your right hand firmly sitting on the oversized hand rest and exert slight downward pressure. Its actually pretty natural to do, you just have to position your hand like that.

What customers say about "Features"
Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X Flight Stick
  • It's programmable with certain software that means you don't only have to use it for the PlayStation you can use it for the computer as well
  • The detachable throttle control and the numerous programmable on stick buttons make this a very flexible and nimble unit.
  • To use it on the PC, a software download is necessary and installation could not be simpler.
  • After about 3 hours of usage, the pitch axis started squeaking, and one of the rubber feet came off when I picked the throttle up off my desk. The cord is a tad too long to coil up nicely when you join the throttle and stick together.
  • My only problem is the rubber pads don't work well on my table so I used a bit of the stuff you put in cabinets to make them non slip and it's all good now
Logitech Extreme 3D Pro for Windows
  • Fully programmable and very responsive good buy for the price.
  • The design is excellent, ergonomic, solid and has a number of programmable buttons. It works well with Microsoft Flight Simulator.
  • It has a rubber-padded, weighted base, providing decent stability when the stick is pulled hard to its extents.
  • It has a heavy solid base with grippy rubber pads that stick to the desk without using suction cups or any other annoying contraptions
  • There is calibration software but it does not work. Temp fix is to take it apart ans attempt to repair yourself.
  • The software it comes with isn't as helpful or needed, simply don't install.
