What customers say about "Key Specs"
Seiko SRP779 Prospex X Automatic Rubber Strap Pepsi 200M Diver's Men's Watch
  • I have owned this watch for almost one year. The watch keeps great time, it gains around 3-5 seconds a month on average, which is good for an automatic.
  • The term “cushion case” is no exaggeration as this is the most comfortable watch I’ve worn yet.
  • Movement.. It has great in-house work horse movement.
  • In my very limited time with the watch, it seems to be a very accurate for a watch. The movement is nice and quiet.
  • The case of the watch rests well and feels great on the wrist. It has a cool look to it and has solid presence on wrist without looking massive.
Seiko SKX009 Diver's Automatic Watch
  • Solid watch. Holds up well to use and keeps time like no other.
  • I use this to go diving with, had many dive with it and had no problem ever.
  • The new one keeps time very, very accurately!!! I have not reset it in over a month, it is still spot on.
  • Very nice watch, size of it let you read hours in dark places, I did few dive with it = perfect.
  • Had it one week now and very pleased. Looks beautiful. Great watch. Accurate time so far. Have not taken off. Wear to gym and in shower no problems, (as I would expect for a diving watch).

Seiko SRP779 Prospex X Automatic Rubber Strap Pepsi 200M Diver's Men's Watch
  • I wear it while scuba diving, hiking, climbing, work, and during special occasions. I have several watch bands for it, allowing me to wear it anytime I want.
  • It's been very long time I've used rubber strap again, but this strap is perfect, no weird rubber smell and no irritation on the skin.
  • This is a beautiful watch. Well made, wears great.
  • The strap is very comfortable. It's thick and high quality. It's funny to call a silicone strap "high quality", but it is.
  • The overall quality of the watch is very good and beautifully made.
Seiko SKX009 Diver's Automatic Watch
  • I have had one of these for 12 years, still good
  • The strap that it comes with is very comfortable
  • I bought it with the rubber band as, in my opinion, it takes on a very "aquatic" and sporty look which I desired in this watch.
  • The build quality is solid – the weight is substantial and feels just right. The bezel has great action and feels much higher quality far beyond the price.
  • Have worn a Seiko watch since 1985 through countless Airborne operations Dive operations and through out Iraq great watch you can trust.

What customers say about "Features"
Seiko SRP779 Prospex X Automatic Rubber Strap Pepsi 200M Diver's Men's Watch
  • This is great every day watch. It is so comfortable on my 7 1/2 in wrist.
  • Being hackable and having an added hand winding feature is a major plus. The crown at 4 o'clock is much better than having it at 3 o'clock.
  • The lume is very good and well defined which makes reading the watch at night clear and easily visible.
  • This model I chose because of the pepsi colored bezel but still has a black dial. It matches my isofrane perfect!
  • The bezel movement on the new stock black bezel was sooooo smooth.
Seiko SKX009 Diver's Automatic Watch
  • Cool watch. I like the Pepsi color scheme on the bezel.
  • Dove with it this weekend and love the fact that like the old one it is very easy to read. My eyes are not what they once were, but no problem reading the Seiko.
  • I wanted a watch that would not require batteries. I would sure like to know what they did to improve it's time keeping ability.
  • It's very crisp, detailed and beautiful. It feels compacted, a little heavy but overall you won't be disappointed.
  • Did a lot of research before buying being that this one is my first automatic. I can honestly say that I am well satisfied.
