I like it so much, I bought a second unit for my other vehicle! Both are wired to amps & subs, they work & sound great!
It's a good product works great installed with no problems and works wonderfully.
Not sure what the other reviewers issues were with this unit, maybe the install but it works perfectly in a Ford F-150. Controls on steering wheel control work perfectly and no issues with audio in any of the modes including the navigation mode
First time I energized this unit everything started up. Works great. GPS XM, NAV SYSTEM AND A BACKUP CAMERA. OH YEA!!
The construction/build quality is good, and if you're looking for a cheap nav, perhaps for the same application as I am, then it gets the job done.

Amazing interface. Amazing customer service from Crutchfield. Easy Install! I would (and have) whole-heatedly recommended Crutchfield and Jensen to friends!
Installation: easy if you have some knowledge of wiring. Be sure to get the extras Crutchfield offers for wiring/installation
Cheap, easy install navigation system has nice view, clear video
Good product for the price. A little difficult to install - requires you to remove (with a hacksaw) a bracket so it will fit.
A lot more to the installation process then I thought, had to have a stereo store install the unit, not just a plug and play type of unit.

Love the USB port for my phone. The screen on this unit does great. The Look of this unit in my Truck I Love it.
good boot up time. cleal pix. good touch screen.
Nice unit, boots quickly, easy to read display.
the Radio works well and was easy to install , along with the navigation, however I wish that the screen were capacitive instead of Resistive touch I worry that the screen will not last!
Worked fine for about a year and then the touch screen started having problems.

You can customize your background screen, but only store one so if you like changing it all the time to something new
Screen is easy to see in all lighting conditions in my truck. Screen is also nicely responsive to your touch.
The screen is easy to view from just about any angle. Everybody who rides along can't believe how inexpensive the unit is.
Some issues I have had...screen doesn't react to touches most of the time when entering addresses into the navigation feature, address book loaded up 5 times and no way to edit it, locks up when using pandora.
You can't see the screen in daylight at all. Basically it's an expensive CD player/radio because nothing else works right.

So far so good. I've had this unit for a week now. I bought it to put in an older car (2007 Nissan Altima) and didn't want to spend a lot. So for the price, it has decent sound and the navigation seems to be up to date.
Lots of features for a reasonable price. Sound is great. Installation was easy with Crutchfield's instructions for my vehicle.
The sound quality with my factory speakers is very good, I have heard no distortion at high volumes.
The GPS audio interferes with the radio so I can't use the GPS.
Also, whenever the radio is turned "on", the volume is too low to hear so I always have to 1) turn on. 2) adjust volume.

The radio fit perfectly in my FJ Cruiser using the mounting equipment that came with it. The sound is much better than the stock radio, though now I think I have to upgrade my speakers.
Product was... OK. Sound was really good. Excellent, really.
Excellent sound quality, GPS antenna works perfectly under my dash.
I am v. pleased with my new Jensen audio system. It sounds better than the original factory audio system installed in my vehicle.
Sound is excellent, a bit better than my OEM system. Phone calls are clear, the phone interface works well.

This car stereo works awesome with a lot better navigation features than most other devices and it is Satellite radio compatible for the low price of a satellite radio module I added Satellite radio and Loving it!
The radio stations don't come in at all and it's not the station as my home radio is very clear.
There is some type of volume adjustment in the settings menu but I can not figure that it does anything. Still have not figured out how to preset a radio station.
To switch stations while listening to XM, you have to press "list" on the right side, press the "favorites" on the left and then scroll up or down on the right. And the scroll buttons are small.

Every feature works great on this unit except the radio. Does not have good range and will only pick up local stations. Other stations my old radio would pick up are full of static.
Also this unit can pick up stations while scanning,...the last unit like others stated...would only pick up a few stations while scanning,. but could be manually entered.
Randomly while you're listening to the radio, it will delete ALL of your saved stations while you're listening to it.
Several radio stations crackle a bit, but I couldn't receive those with my stock radio anyway. The local stations are clear.
The radio has a lot of static on certain stations which has never happened before since I live fairly close to a major city.

Our radio works great no problems we got the extras with gps microphone bluetooth and back up camera they also work great and come in handy!
Pandora links up, the Bluetooth hooks up, I haven't used the GPS feature much but it seemed to work great when I tried it.
The features match any if the "High end" units. The GPS is up to date and the Bluetooth works as it should plus the microphone works great.
The Bluetooth integration is minimal - you can’t control the music on the phone, for example. No ApplePlay, which I didn’t think I needed until I got it on a new car.
Constantly getting gps error popup and have to restart. Slow booting up. Not sure why mhl wasn't included in this model.

So I wanted a system that would utilize the built-in amp in my truck, and provide navigation, bluetooth phone and Pandora, video and backup camera. This unit seemed to fill the bill and the excellent Crutchfield advisors agreed.
Overall I find the system easier to navigate and more user friendly than others I have had. The fine tuning for treble and mid range options appear to be pre-set
The bluetooth and mic works very well. The xm radio is good too.
I like the backup camera feature and being able to turn backup cam on at anytime. Bluetooth seems to be lacking for IPhone users.
This is a very basic Nav. It will get you from point A to point B. Entering a route is fairly simple. However, this Nav will NOT allow you zoom in or pan out on a map display
