What customers say about "Key Specs"
Thrustmaster T.16000M FCS HOTAS
  • All of the buttons on the throttle are easy to access without stressing your hand to reach them
  • All the hats are different and it id easy to find the button you are looking for without needing to look.
  • Build quality and function is excellent. Good precision and a ton of axes all buttons and controls easily accessible.
  • The button placement and switches are sufficient and well placed, but after just a couple of weeks the use of the throttle during acceleration and deceleration began sticking and wasn't smooth at all.
  • The button placement is decent, although it can be hard to reach all the buttons, and I found myself hitting some of the hats by accident.
Logitech Extreme 3D Pro for Windows
  • Good product for a good price. Lots of buttons for varies functions and quality construction.
  • Very good stick for the price, a lot of buttons and most programs recognize it to begin with.
  • It is a great joystick for the price range, very sensitive to movements and great button array.
  • The joystick moves in three axes (X, Y, and Z for twist/rudder), has a slider (throttle), an 8-way hat switch, and 12 buttons.
  • Good for some games, not all games. very hard to get x-box controller games to work (needs third-party conversion software, may still not work, not enough buttons to match comfortably a handheld controller) joystick feels stiff and fights you a bit. thrust level is hard to zero.
  • The buttons don't have the crisp feeling my ten year old one has and the yaw axis has a bit of slop in it too. Wish there was an alternative at a similar price range.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Thrustmaster T.16000M FCS HOTAS
  • The built quality is excellent and the size is appropriate so it can fit on your desk along with your mouse and keyboard.
  • The weight distribution is spot on so it stays put while you’re playing and everything is pinpoint accurate.
  • I have under-average size hands for grown man, and I'm fine, so it may be more of a dexterity/ issue. The feel/quality is much better in hand than in pictures, and it is smooth.
  • The quality of this stick is in its weight, the joystick itself, the hat switch, and the trigger.
  • Well weighted and have rubber pads installed to prevent slipping.
Logitech Extreme 3D Pro for Windows
  • I love the feel of the handle, it is so comfortable. Perfect size and the "shelf" at the bottom really helps support the hand. The buttons are easy to reach and seem to work perfectly well.
  • The size and functionality is great and the stability when I am playing a more energetic game is remarkable
  • Great feel, good button location for mid-sized hands and nice sturdy base.
  • The weight, size, and the feel of the joystick are just terrific.
  • Not bad...but a little bit light weight.
  • The base is weighted, but not by much. This stick will jump off the table on you. Thankfully, there is a solution - keep your right hand firmly sitting on the oversized hand rest and exert slight downward pressure. Its actually pretty natural to do, you just have to position your hand like that.

What customers say about "Features"
Thrustmaster T.16000M FCS HOTAS
  • The ability to add pedals to the throttle is very nice. A buddy of mine also has this HOTAS and does use the pedals.
  • The most important feature on this particular model is the rudder control on the thruster. it is a lot easier and more accurate than trying to control all three degrees of freedom on the stick.
  • Smooth action, and a number of programmable buttons and hat switches that are very well situated to control most critical flight functions that are best accessed without moving your hand position. A good buy.
  • The controls are easily programmable in-game, though figuring out which key is what does take some getting used to as there isn't an identifiable marking on each button.
  • The only problem is loading the drivers. It defistated my SSD and required a complete reformat and reinstall of the OS. Now it works great!
Logitech Extreme 3D Pro for Windows
  • Fully programmable and very responsive good buy for the price.
  • The design is excellent, ergonomic, solid and has a number of programmable buttons. It works well with Microsoft Flight Simulator.
  • It has a rubber-padded, weighted base, providing decent stability when the stick is pulled hard to its extents.
  • It has a heavy solid base with grippy rubber pads that stick to the desk without using suction cups or any other annoying contraptions
  • There is calibration software but it does not work. Temp fix is to take it apart ans attempt to repair yourself.
  • The software it comes with isn't as helpful or needed, simply don't install.
