What customers say about "Key Specs"
Petzi TreatCam With a Treat Dispenser
  • I don't know what people are talking about with poor resolution. I feel it takes a good pic as long as the lighting is good.
  • Resolution of the photos is ok but you need good lighting. Be sure you play with the app before you rely on it.
  • It was easy to connect and I have never had an issue accessing the camera through my phone app.
  • The app is very easy to use and connects all the time, every time. There is about a 3-5 second delay in the video and audio.
  • This thing is so cool! You set it up, download the app, connect to your wifi and then you can call your pets! You can ring them, talk to them, give them treats, capture a picture of them, and even see in night vision or color.
  • Long story short, I finally made it work, but the resolution of the camera is not that great, and the app takes a while to load the camera.
Petcube Play Pet Camera with Interactive Laser Toy
  • The image quality and wide angle coverage is one of the best I've seen, and I've been through two other cameras that are either really bad low quality resolution or the wifi connection drops
  • The wide angle camera really makes it easy to see the entire room, with high enough resolution to make everything out.
  • The thing also seems to lose connection or just have general streaming problems a decent amount. I have gigabit internet, so it shouldn't be my connection's issue.
  • The setup process was easy, although you have to be patient with the WiFi connection step, mine took closer to 5 minutes instead of one as the user manual suggests . Once it connected however everything was a smooth sail.
  • The resolution is just OK with such a wide angle. You can't really see anything in detail unless you get close to the camera.

What customers say about "Features"
Petzi TreatCam With a Treat Dispenser
  • The ability to switch to night vision is great for when it gets dark too, no worry about never seeing the antics your pets get up to for a handful of treats!
  • We loved this camera, but unfortunately our dog is a bit scared of it due to it making a loud noise and flinging treats. Now, our dog is scared of a lot, so most dogs won't be scared of this feature
  • However, in order to check in on my cats, it work plus my security cameras :) Totally flings treats, which sort of scared them at first, but I could see dogs in particular thinking this was awesome.
  • The night vision camera only shows a small area of the room.
  • But the "night vision" feature is a joke. You can't see anything in the dark, even with the night vision activated.
Petcube Play Pet Camera with Interactive Laser Toy
  • This thing is awesome! Sometimes when I'm bored at work I would wake up the cats from their 23 hour nap schedule. LOL They go crazy for the laser. You can even talk to them.
  • The night vision is a huge plus. The night-vision immediately kicks in when the lights get too low in the room. It works even when all the lights in the house are out. The night vision image is in grey-scale and looks just as clean and sharp as the color video.
  • One HUGE benefit to this camera is its night vision capabilities... the photos/videos are still really clear, which is great as my kittens are quite nocturnal!
  • Laser pointer is jumpy and lags, plus the dogs aren't interested in it so won't be using this.
  • It's a great idea and i love being able to check in on the pets BUT the laser is impossible. It just doesn't work.
