What customers say about "Key Specs"
LifeSpan TR1200i Folding Treadmill
  • I found assembly very easy, did it myself in an hour without help. Instructions and illustrations actually corresponded to reality.
  • Speed and incline buttons on the handles allow changes without breaking gait to reach out to the console.
  • This treadmill’s top speed is 11 mph. Most treadmills top out at 10 mph.
  • It is easily foldable thanks to the LifeSpan EZfold technology which assists in folding and unfolding as well as frees up space in your home.
  • Unfortunately, within a few days, the speed started to suddenly accelerate and you have to jump off the platform.
LifeSpan TR3000i Touch Folding Treadmill, Gray/Black
  • Good size for home use. I don't feel cramped on the platform, and it easily folds up and down.
  • The motorized ramp provides 15 incline levels. Training with the incline helps increase calorie loss and tones legs even better than flat-track training.
  • I like that you can change incline and speed on both the console and the heart rate sensors.
  • You should think again before purchasing it because the running belt is not too spacious for taller runners.
  • The handrails of this version of treadmill by LifeSpan are not as long as some would like.

What customers say about "Design"
LifeSpan TR1200i Folding Treadmill
  • Sure you can hear the motor, what do you expect. But it is so quiet you have the TV on normal level and still hear it.
  • Since it’s two-ply and moves along wide rollers, this belt is more durable than that of other starter treadmills. It’s supported by shock absorbers and a cushioned deck.
  • The motor is very quiet when running. Your footsteps make more noise.
  • The cushion was something I wasn't sure about, but it is excellent with this unit and it is also very quiet. Much more quiet than I anticipated.
  • Loved it for the first 2 months, then it started making a clicking noise. It got so loud that headphones didn't dampen the noise and I was too annoyed to run.
LifeSpan TR3000i Touch Folding Treadmill, Gray/Black
  • The motor runs smooth and is very quiet. It looks and feels pretty sturdy.
  • The motor is whisper quiet and it is steady as a rock! Was going to get the TR2000i but decided to spend a bit extra for this model, I am glad I did.
  • While these treadmills are suitable for most folks, they may feel less sturdy to heavy users.
  • It is amazingly quiet at low speeds but gets noisier the faster it is going.
  • Motor died after 6 months of use every other day.

What customers say about "Features"
LifeSpan TR1200i Folding Treadmill
  • Seventeen preset programs, two heart rate control programs, and two user-controlled programs provide an excellent workout variety.
  • The manual does show all the programs in it and charts with the speeds. This is great because most treadmills don't give you all the details about the programs.
  • High-fidelity speakers, a headphone jack, and a smartphone port help make time fly on the TR1200i.
  • The heart rate sensors built into the handles don't work. The reading fluctuates wildly between 50-122 beats/minute when my direct carotid pulse is actually 130 beats.
  • It seems like console is not working properly when you press the start button but you need to hold start button after it sleeps
LifeSpan TR3000i Touch Folding Treadmill, Gray/Black
  • The console is pretty basic and shows you everything you need to see including incline, calories, steps, speed, distance and heart rate.
  • LifeSpan TR3000i treadmill has great patented features Intelli-Guard, Intelli-Step and Intelli-Key.
  • Heart rate monitor seems pretty erratic. Apparently your hands need to be moist for it to operate well.
  • The speakers are pretty awful sounding, I'm not sure what the point of the Bluetooth is. I downloaded the LifeSpan app but couldn't get it to do anything useful.
  • Program buttons can be confusing. Nothing to show on the unit what each program does so I hunt an peck to find one then I really can't tell based on the display what it is going to do.
