What customers say about "Key Specs"
Ironman High Capacity Gravity 3000
  • Sturdy as advertised. Memory Foam and ankle supports lend comfort.
  • All materials are first rate and durable including the thick back pad.
  • Solid materials and assembly was easy and straightforward. Would highly recommend.
  • Love the pad on the backrest. Very comfortable. Easy to use and adjust.
  • Instructions skipped the step of attaching the "H" shaped steel frame to the backrest.
Ironman Fitness Gravity 4000 Inversion Table
  • The memory foam on the table makes it very comfortable and I really like the lumbar support, that helps too.
  • Materials overall nicely finished with a wrinkle type paint and nice quality padded table.
  • The materials feel sturdy enough, but takes a bit of bending to get to the strap for the desired adjustment.
  • The construction is very sturdy and the backrest and ankle restraints are comfortable. Fantastic quality for the money. I couldn't be happier.
  • After some time, the frame material began to look unreliable.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Ironman High Capacity Gravity 3000
  • This thing doesn't even seem to notice my size and weight, its great.
  • This is very sturdy, easy to assemble and adjust, doesn't take up too much space.
  • Don't plan on folding this up for storage. It "folds" but not very compact at all. It's also very heavy, almost too heavy for one person to move conveniently when folded.
  • It takes up a good amount of space, so you need to move things to clear space.
  • You can store it away, but even that needs space. If you have cramped quarters, this might not be for you, in my opinion.
Ironman Fitness Gravity 4000 Inversion Table
  • This is a well built solid machine. It's heavy! But to me that's a good thing, it helps stabilize the unit.
  • At around 76 pounds, it is quite a heavy table but this gives it stability.
  • The car is large and takes up a lot of space, but it fits my size well and no problem handling my size.
  • Large. It will sort off fold up, but its not saving much space and is awkward to move around.
  • Not a machine you can use in the bedroom and easily fold up and put against the wall. Very tall when folded.

What customers say about "Features"
Ironman High Capacity Gravity 3000
  • The ankle brackets are easy to adjust and comfortable for me with or without shoes.
  • I like that it has the handle that you can reach and release the leg holders, it makes easier to get out by not having to lean all the way over.
  • The ankle holder has a long quick release handle so that you don't have to bend down too much to release your ankles.
  • You have to adjust a strap to change the maximum inversion. Other tables have an adjustable dial
  • The ankle clasp mechanism did fail after roughly 8 months.
Ironman Fitness Gravity 4000 Inversion Table
  • Padded handles make it easy to slowly lower, and easy to come back up.
  • The foot locking mechanism seems to work very well for me. I can use it with shoes or without shoes and I have no fear of slipping out.
  • The height adjustment is pretty simple. It also has a strap to adjust the angle. This works and does allow 180 degree inversion.
  • The Ironman's ratcheting ankle holder is definitely easy to use and comfortable. It has a long handle and you don't have to bend over as far or exert as much energy to lock it in place.
  • Ankles lock system a month later got worse. I have a feeling that I can slip out.
