What customers say about "Blade"
Gerber StrongArm 420 High Carbon Stainless Steel Fixed Blade Survival Tactical Knife
  • The blade also came from the factory with a beautifully, symmetrically ground and very sharp edge!
  • Love how the blade looks and how well it's balanced.
  • The blade is so thick I feel like I could baton through concrete with it.
  • Very heavy and thick blade, though if you want a very tough knife, it will probably serve you well.
  • The blade is very tough & thick. Extremely comfortable in the hand and promotes confidence.
Gerber LMF II Infantry (22-41629) Knife, Black
  • This blade has outperformed every expectation I have for a blade. It's simple yet very effective.
  • I can stab right through sheet metal with this thing and it holds it's edge.
  • This knife is the best. After splitting red oak for the smoker it didn't even need sharpening.
  • Solid construction, holds edge super well (even after lots of batoning / wood splitting).
  • Its construction is top notch, and the knife blade is incredibly thick. It will easily handle the toughest of cutting jobs with ease, and the serrations are well made.

  • The form factor and weight are nice.
  • Easy to sharpen. Nice balance and weight.
  • It's got enough weight to it that you know it's quality, but no so heavy that's it's ackward.
  • I like the weight, the feel, the blade & lastly the sheath it comes with.
  • Strong blade, with a good thick spine. Very good weight and feels good in your hand.
Gerber LMF II Infantry (22-41629) Knife, Black
  • It might be a little heavy for extended journeys but that's not going to stop me from taking it.
  • Feels really great in the hand and tacky in a good way to keep a grip.
  • It is much heavier than expected, but gives it a feeling of strength, which I like.
  • Well balanced, and sharp right out of the package. The sheath and leg straps are comfortable enough and the grip has a good feel to it.
  • It feels very solid with a nice balance. I bet one could dig holes with it!

  • Beautiful and tough. Nice finish on blade.
  • It also is just a sexy looking blade I do gotta say.
  • Solid Knife with good handle and very useful carry options.
  • The grip/handle is excellent! I couldn't ask for a better handle, it feels comfortable, not ultra grippy but just enough!
  • The handle is super grippy and is the ergos are great - it is very comfortable and secure in your hand.
Gerber LMF II Infantry (22-41629) Knife, Black
  • One of the key aspects of it that I really like is the 3 holes for attaching the knife to branch which makes it a spear.
  • The grip is formed by a rubber coating over the tang. The rubber is extremely grippy, I love it.
  • The sheath is VERY rugged and conveniently outfitted with not only the belt loop but molle straps as well.
  • Grip feels good in the hand. Comes with a basic, useful sheath that I have been able to enhance with some 550 paracord wrapping.
  • The oversized handle fits perfectly with any sized hands.
