What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Nikon COOLPIX B700 Digital Camera
  • Has the look and feel of a DSLR camera, but is half the size making it more portable and cheaper to carry around.
  • Great quality! Easy to use for a beginner and as I advance this camera will grow with me. Love the size and bird mode.
  • Like the size, zoom is good but pictures are dark on all settings
  • This camera is amazing. The sharpness, the clarity, the colors, the handling, the capabilities. The weight, the size, all great.
  • The compact size... This size is perfect for my small hands. I use the a 6000 for the same reason they are both small.
Sony Cybershot DSC-HX400V Digital Camera
  • I really like this camera, really good photos and I also like the size
  • Easy to use, light weight, takes great photos. Good battery life
  • The weight of the camera is not bad either.
  • Only con is the size, a little bulky so it's hard to take it to places like some concert venues (they limit the size of the cameras you can take in).
  • The down side is that it is a bit bigger than a standard point and shoot camera, same size as a full size DSLR.

What customers say about "Imaging"
Nikon COOLPIX B700 Digital Camera
  • The picture quality and focus blows me away...take the plunge!
  • Shortcomings: you will need a tripod for stabilizing the camera when shooting at its longest zoom focal length, and because the lens' widest aperture is limited in "Auto" shooting mode the camera tends to select very slow shutter speeds when taking indoor shots.
  • However when you go to Raw mode the zoom will stop at 60x no digital zoom. However I am still amazed with the quality of the picture at 60x however I still do need to practice.
  • RAW files (only in optical zoom, not in digital zoom), which is great for the small sensor it has.
  • The zoom is truly excellent and with good illumination you can get great photos
Sony Cybershot DSC-HX400V Digital Camera
  • Limited focal length so it’s good for portrait and some landscape photography.
  • The color, focus, low light exposure, and zoom are great. In addition to full auto, the options to control aperture, shutter, and ISO make it fun to get more creative, with on screen reminders to help get the best shots.
  • The 50x's digital zoom is amazing! I've taken photos of the moon and the craters are crystal clear!
  • I like the large optical zoom, higher quality pictures as compared to the digital zoom cameras.
  • The beauty of this camera is the 50X physical zoom and up to 100X digital zoom. Can be used as a point and shoot or as a professional DSLR camera.

What customers say about "Display"
Nikon COOLPIX B700 Digital Camera
  • Easy camera to understand it's features. The auto transfer of LCD screen to viewfinder is great
  • I like the viewfinder and flexible view screen. I'm planning to put it to the test on an upcoming trip.
  • he swivel screen in the back is tremendously helpful in shooting video and getting the odd shot.
  • Camera has view finder-tiltable screen all directions- not found in any other cameras at this price catagory.
  • It has a decent EVF and flip out display but no touch screen.
Sony Cybershot DSC-HX400V Digital Camera
  • I wish the rear display screen was more ergonomic like the Canon and Nikon models. Other than that it can't be beat.
  • It has a great zoom, and best of all displays an explanation on the screen of the feature you choose for a shot.
  • My favorite is being able to tilt and move the screen it's a benefit outside to adjust viewing in the sun.
  • It has an adjustable viewing screen so you can take views of children playing on the floor.
  • The LED screen is excellent if you like to shoot that way. It's only fault is mediocre quality of it's viewfinder.

What customers say about "Features"
Nikon COOLPIX B700 Digital Camera
  • Has many features of more expensive cameras. Able to shoot in different modes.
  • Great quality! Easy to use for a beginner and as I advance this camera will grow with me. Love the size and bird mode.
  • This camera is more compact than our SLR and takes comparable pictures with lots of options for a variety of modes.
  • Easy to use in all modes; just don't like the night-time photos, Other than that, recommended.
  • It was very easy to use and also has lots of adjustability if you want to tinker, but very great pics in auto mode. Zoom was fantastic, you can really reach out and see things.
Sony Cybershot DSC-HX400V Digital Camera
  • Сan be simple to use. has a lot of diiferent program modes. The panarama mode looks interesting, have not used it yet.
  • The camera is so easy and all the modes are easy to use.
  • The automatic modes produced such great results I hardly ever used any other mode even thought I took pictures at all hours and in different lighting conditions.
  • The camera has great auto modes, yet a lot of manual control when needed.
  • The auto modes work great when you're walking around and may need to grab shots quickly! Great picture quality. The main thing I'd like to see in it is the ability to shoot in Raw instead of jpeg.

What customers say about "Connectivity"
Nikon COOLPIX B700 Digital Camera
  • Allow connection by USB or 3.5. Extremely light, don't even realize they are there and superior sound quality.
  • A super zoom with very good optics, and WiFi or NFC for the up-to-date connectivity, I still only bought it to capture great images, which it does.
  • Love that you can connect to phone through SnapBridge so that pics can be loaded straight to phone.
  • The real reason I got it was the Bluetooth ! How it Bluetooth pics to my phone, except it wil not connect to my iPhone 7... multiple tries w/support, many replies/tries... but will not connect..
  • Issues with Bluetooth/wifi connectivity, plus, this is a battery drainer. I disabled during my vacation.
Sony Cybershot DSC-HX400V Digital Camera
  • It is easy to handle and I was able to connect to the app on my iphone to send pictures.
  • It can connect with a smartphone and shows the actual picture, ability to change the zoom and remotely control the shutter (as in group shots). My wife loves it.
  • Love the WiFi and ability to use my phone as a wireless remote. I've even been 25 or 30 feet from the camera and remained connected.
  • It is very easy to transfer photos and video using the Wi-Fi connection (moving photos to your phone; first you need to install in you phone the Play Memories App from the App Store – it is free).
  • I love my camera but the USB connection is not working. I need to take it back.
