About the Product
Nikon COOLPIX B700 Digital Camera From the Manufacturer: The power to capture and create. The first time you hold the COOLPIX B700, you'll know it's an exceptional camera. Its DSLR-style design, including a PSAM mode dial, puts key controls where you want them and feels great in your hands. The first time you zoom in with it, you'll wonder if any shot will ever be out of reach again. Subjects barely visible to the naked eye come into tight focus, held steady by cutting-edge Vibration Reduction technology. Use that power to capture stunning 20.2 megapixel RAW images, 4K Ultra High Definition (UHD) videos with stereo sound or 5 FPS high-speed sequences in nearly any light.
With Canon's Power Shot SX60 HS digital camera, you will zoom like never before to see craters on the moon, wildlife from afar and your child's face on a crowded school stage. The Power Shot SX60 HS gives you the reach to capture it all. The camera's astonishing 65x optical zoom (21mm-1365mm) wide-angle lens with Optical Image Stabilizer combine tremendous flexibility with portable ease. A 16.1 megapixel high-sensitivity CMOS sensor and Canon's latest DIGIC 6 image processor together create the Canon HS System for excellent low-light performance. Advanced technology including Zoom Framing Assist and Intelligent IS help you track and capture clear, steady long shots. Shoot realistic 1080p full HD video recorded at 60p. USM and VCM technology help ensure fast, silent zooming and focus during recording, and, in a first for a Power Shot model, you can attach an optional external microphone. Quickly share everything you capture. The Power Shot SX60 HS is Wi-Fi and NFC enabled with an easy Mobile Device Connect button.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Nikon COOLPIX B700 Digital Camera
  • Has the look and feel of a DSLR camera, but is half the size making it more portable and cheaper to carry around.
  • Great quality! Easy to use for a beginner and as I advance this camera will grow with me. Love the size and bird mode.
  • Like the size, zoom is good but pictures are dark on all settings
  • This camera is amazing. The sharpness, the clarity, the colors, the handling, the capabilities. The weight, the size, all great.
  • The compact size... This size is perfect for my small hands. I use the a 6000 for the same reason they are both small.
Canon PowerShot SX60 Digital Camera
  • Just the right size. Not too big and not too small. Outstanding zoom.
  • This is a versatile camera in a relatively compact size.
  • We bought this one because of its ease of use, amazing telephoto lens, and compact size.
  • Nice light weight for size has good zoom, Still getting familiar.
  • Camera is light weight and takes great pictures for this type of camera.

What customers say about "Imaging"
Nikon COOLPIX B700 Digital Camera
  • The picture quality and focus blows me away...take the plunge!
  • Shortcomings: you will need a tripod for stabilizing the camera when shooting at its longest zoom focal length, and because the lens' widest aperture is limited in "Auto" shooting mode the camera tends to select very slow shutter speeds when taking indoor shots.
  • However when you go to Raw mode the zoom will stop at 60x no digital zoom. However I am still amazed with the quality of the picture at 60x however I still do need to practice.
  • RAW files (only in optical zoom, not in digital zoom), which is great for the small sensor it has.
  • The zoom is truly excellent and with good illumination you can get great photos
Canon PowerShot SX60 Digital Camera
  • At short focal lengths everything is fine my wife has one of these for general photography and likes it a lot.
  • This especially comes in handy for obtaining more stable shots than with a narrower focal length where every little movement becomes exponentially magnified.
  • Fairly decent at high ISO settings, though not spectacular. For eagles and owls, I get better images at the lowest available f-stop, usually 5.7 to 6.3 depending on zoom.
  • This auto ISO feature in the manual mode, allows one to set aperture and shutter and not worry about exposure because the ISO will adjust automatically.
  • Even using a wide variety of ISO settings the pictures always seem to be quite grainy and not what I expected when I bought this camera.

What customers say about "Display"
Nikon COOLPIX B700 Digital Camera
  • Easy camera to understand it's features. The auto transfer of LCD screen to viewfinder is great
  • I like the viewfinder and flexible view screen. I'm planning to put it to the test on an upcoming trip.
  • he swivel screen in the back is tremendously helpful in shooting video and getting the odd shot.
  • Camera has view finder-tiltable screen all directions- not found in any other cameras at this price catagory.
  • It has a decent EVF and flip out display but no touch screen.
Canon PowerShot SX60 Digital Camera
  • High resolution, great zoom, easy to use, sharp photos.

  • Easy to use, easily changes from display to viewfinder

What customers say about "Features"
Nikon COOLPIX B700 Digital Camera
  • Has many features of more expensive cameras. Able to shoot in different modes.
  • Great quality! Easy to use for a beginner and as I advance this camera will grow with me. Love the size and bird mode.
  • This camera is more compact than our SLR and takes comparable pictures with lots of options for a variety of modes.
  • Easy to use in all modes; just don't like the night-time photos, Other than that, recommended.
  • It was very easy to use and also has lots of adjustability if you want to tinker, but very great pics in auto mode. Zoom was fantastic, you can really reach out and see things.
Canon PowerShot SX60 Digital Camera
  • Shoots video as well as photos with true colors and both manual and auto shooting modes.
  • The continuous shooting mode is super fast and I get great action shots.
  • Some of the best pictures I’ve ever taken! The creative shot is one of my favorite modes to shoot in, I also love the zoom!
  • The different light options are good, though I still got myself a white balance card so I could get the most accurate shots.
  • They took things away: some "creative" modes, panorama stitching.
  • Shutter speed is a bit slow compared to a Digital SLR but it is a good bridge camera.

What customers say about "Connectivity"
Nikon COOLPIX B700 Digital Camera
  • Allow connection by USB or 3.5. Extremely light, don't even realize they are there and superior sound quality.
  • A super zoom with very good optics, and WiFi or NFC for the up-to-date connectivity, I still only bought it to capture great images, which it does.
  • Love that you can connect to phone through SnapBridge so that pics can be loaded straight to phone.
  • The real reason I got it was the Bluetooth ! How it Bluetooth pics to my phone, except it wil not connect to my iPhone 7... multiple tries w/support, many replies/tries... but will not connect..
  • Issues with Bluetooth/wifi connectivity, plus, this is a battery drainer. I disabled during my vacation.
Canon PowerShot SX60 Digital Camera
  • The only extra items I carry are extra batteries and SD cards. While my friends are busy changing lenses to get that far away bird, I just touch my zoom button!
  • Easy to use, good quality pictures, and connection to mobile device functionality is great.
  • The zoom is quite awesome even without a tripod. It does easily connect, even with our lousy internet service, to my network and quickly transfers to my smartphone. I
  • If anything is attached to the tripod socket I cannot access the battery/memory card compartment.
  • The only reason I am not giving this camera 5 stars is because you cannot access the battery/memory card while its mounted on a tripod.
