What customers say about "Key Specs"
Victorinox One-Hand Trekker Swiss Army Multi-Tool Pocket Knife
  • The tool selection is well thought out, the quality is supreme, the steel is fantastic, and the price is staggeringly low.
  • The next tools are pretty common Victorinox offerings, including cap lifter/large flat driver/wire stripper, can opener/small flat driver, 90 degree Philips driver, and reamer.
  • The One-Hand Trekker is a very nice knife and multipurpose tool.
  • It’s nice to have the extra tools. I have used some, like the bottle opener and the tweezers. I haven’t use most of the others like the wood saw and screw drivers, but it’s nice to have them.
  • I wanted a one tool option with a one handed open blade and other tools as well. I got this model with a full straight edge.
Victorinox Soldier Swiss Army Standard Issue Multi-Tool Pocket Knife
  • The Victorinox is the similar standard for folders and multi tool designs, these knives are not the most expensive, nor a rarity, yet they have been consistent in delivering exceptional quality and design at a price point that makes them affordable.
  • All that said, this is a great tool for both adults and little ones. Very well made, useful, and with some great improvements over the original SAK.
  • I camp with several knives plus a multi-tool and a Sven Saw, and they all have their uses but this is the one that's always with me. If I had to go it alone in the wilderness with one tool, this is it.
  • Well made and the tools are all useful. The saw blade is really sharp.
  • The bottle opener is the only other tool with a liner lock; it doubles as a big flat screwdriver and it has a little wire-stripper notch onboard (works well on small wires, fyi).

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Victorinox One-Hand Trekker Swiss Army Multi-Tool Pocket Knife
  • The trekker is legal size length for pocket carry in my state and that was one of the reasons I chose this model for everyday carry.
  • The length of the blade is about 3 inches, so it's a bit longer than most other designs of Swiss Army Knives.
  • The length makes it easy to cut food. Very satisfied!
  • Nice length on the locking blade, two screw drivers, saw, bottle opener, and tooth pick.............everything a man needs for work, play,or leisure.
  • My only realy complaint about the knive is the strange serrations on the main blade, with only a short length of plain edge near the handle.
Victorinox Soldier Swiss Army Standard Issue Multi-Tool Pocket Knife
  • This SAK will reside in ecd backpack and replace my rangerwood 55. The rangerwood is a larger and heavy knife compared to the soldier and lacks the one handed opening.
  • It is a good weight and does not have superfluous features.
  • I like the weight and feel of each tool - and the action on the one handed blade is smooth.
  • Convenient size and weight for carrying.
  • The first is the weight of the knife. As I indicated earlier, this kinfe is heavy. In my hands, it feels almost twice as heavy as the SA Huntsman model and at least 25% heaver than the SA explorer, both of which I own in addition to this new knife.

What customers say about "Features"
Victorinox One-Hand Trekker Swiss Army Multi-Tool Pocket Knife
  • The blade locks, which isn't very important to me however some people find that to be a must.
  • I like that it has a locking main blade, which is crucial for any sort of knife. The liner lock feels quite sturdy.
  • The grip is slippery; most of my other EDCs are rougher and easy to hold.
  • Great one handed opening option. Locks secure. Hair busting sharp right out the box.
  • No pocket clip. I wear most of my EDCs inside my pocket but clipped to my pocket.
Victorinox Soldier Swiss Army Standard Issue Multi-Tool Pocket Knife
  • The knife blade is locking which is a huge safety improvement. The blade has both straight and serrated sections.
  • The locking piece is solid with the main blade being fit to the metal piece.
  • It's a liner lock, so make sure your child can operate one if that's the intended user.
  • The black rubber part of the scales adds just enough traction to keep it from sliding off the hood of a truck but doesn't make it too difficult to remove from your pocket.
  • The locking feature is especially beneficial and easy to do. I don't remember having any complaints about it.
