What customers say about "Key Specs"
ZeroWater ZP-010 10 Cup Pitcher with Free TDS Meter
  • Large capacity, water reservoir at top is designed so that you don't upset the carbon in the filter over time.
  • Build quality of the main reservoir is very solid. The spigot seals well and has a good flow. Build quality of the inner reservoir (for unfiltered water) is decent.
  • Large capacity means I have to fill it less often, and it is also very slim, so it doesn't take up much fridge or counter space.
  • Large volume to hold plenty of water, filter seems to last a pretty decent time, the filter works amazingly well (water tastes great).
  • The large size makes it hard to fit into the sink to fill; the tap at the bottom is slightly lower than the rest of the pitcher.
  • Pitcher is heavy and in particular top-heavy when just filled and before the water filters to the bottom. Would recommend a smaller size for folks with wrist issues and buy the meter separately.
Brita OB51 Medium 8 Cup Water Filter Pitcher
  • Great tasting water plus it's clean, sleek and has great capacity.
  • It also is standard size (or maybe a tad smaller) so it is heavier (when filled) than our last one, but it takes up less room (nice.) We are both a little handicapped so we find we cannot fill it to capacity or lifting it to fill the kettle is awkward.
  • This water pitcher is truly has very sleek look and provides great tasting water as well.
  • The shape and overall size of the pitcher doesn't take up much space at all in my fridge. It's capacity is a limit of 8 (8 oz. glasses).
  • Also, the eight cup capacity might not be too well suited for a family that drinks a lot of water.
  • The pitcher is plastic despite its name. It leaks all over the place and after the first change of filter and an attempt to reset the digital filter monitor, it continues to blink red. in all, pretty but utterly useless

What customers say about "Filtration"
ZeroWater ZP-010 10 Cup Pitcher with Free TDS Meter
  • The water tastes GREAT. Seeing the water go from 120 TDS to 000 is fun. Filter has lasted over 2 months ... and counting.
  • Best tasting water, hands down. Works out to 75c/day for us, a family of 3 with 250 ppm tap water.
  • The water tastes great. It tastes much better than my Pur filter and as good as bottled water or the expensive water filter at my work.
  • Filtration quality is great. The TDS reading of tap water is ~100. After filtered, the reading is 001.
  • Filter doesn't last long, even when I use pre-filtered water from my fridge. It starts to taste weird after a month in.
Brita OB51 Medium 8 Cup Water Filter Pitcher
  • Excellent water filter. It does NOT leak unless you overfill it! Do not listen to the reviewers that are complaining about leaks.
  • Looks great, works great, and filters great. However it is drippy and you have to learn how to pour and fill it to not make a mess.
  • It literally filters the water from your tap. Ever house: apartment needs one. It's easy to use, simple instructions and easy to clean.
  • I've used Brita pitchers for many years because they are a cost-effective and easy-to-maintain source of filtered water.
  • The filter will last for just over 400 pours according to the packaging, and that seems pretty good in my book.

What customers say about "Features"
ZeroWater ZP-010 10 Cup Pitcher with Free TDS Meter
  • Total Disolved Solids (TDS) tester included. Filtered water contains no dissolved solids. (0 TDS).
  • This filter is NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) rated. The container is large and easy to use. The water tasted good for about 2 weeks.
  • The tds meter is a useful tool and its a relief to see my water go from about 350 unfiltered to 0-1 filtered.
  • The lid is very shoddily designed. While the other parts feel sturdy, the lid is garbage. It doesn't fit snugly, it's flimsy, and when I lift the hinged portion to refill the top, the entire lid just slides off.
  • There is no indicator on the dispenser or filter. The water tastes worse if the filter needs to be replaced than it does if the water is unfiltered.
Brita OB51 Medium 8 Cup Water Filter Pitcher
  • There's a digital system that keeps track of when you need to replace the filter. That's great.
  • A perfect size for small families, looks nice on the counter and I like the indicator for filter life. I have had many Brita pitchers. This is the very best
  • The looks are great on this product, and it has a very sturdy and heavy build which is ideal for me, the only flaw being the "filter replacement indicator light" battery is not replaceable, so once its gone, its gone.
  • Durable, easy to change filters and looks good in the office setting!
  • Looks pretty on my counter next to my stainless coffee pot...love that the light turns red when it's time to change the filter
