What customers say about "Key Specs"
Dynaudio BM15A 10 Inches Powered Studio Monitor
  • I always liked monitors with with a fullrange sound and a lot of power so that transients translate very well.
  • The bass speaker is powered with a 200W hexfed amp that is on the backside of the enclosure, it's comfortable.
  • These speaker sounds like an angel is softly yelling in my ear(best example!).
  • I use these speaks mainly for EDM and sound design. I can blissfully design sounds for hours and hours.
  • Never switch off a audio interface that produces a loud bang sound, when powering off BEFORE switching of the monitors.
Dynaudio BM6A 2-Way 100W 7 Inch Active Studio Monitor
  • Amazing resolution and power, worth every dollar!
  • The drivers on this speaker are not the most efficient so this explain the high power of the amps.
  • Strong point is their enormous dynamic range that can be verified playing it on very low volumes on a well treated room
  • Just brutal honesty. And the low end is amazing.
  • Not sure how to use the Sound Quality meter for this. They sound good, fun to listen to. But that isn't why I have them.

What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Dynaudio BM15A 10 Inches Powered Studio Monitor
  • Minimum sized speaker you need if you want to accurately hear bass.
  • I'm not sure I can take off a star for price or size, cause price and size perfect.
  • We just wanted to buy some big, when I listened our own music production thru speakers. And it's amazing size.
  • If you are not working in a professionally designed room, then I would suggest going for the smaller BM6A along with a sub.
  • These speakers are really mid-field, not nearfield. They're big and loud and they fill whatever room they are in.
Dynaudio BM6A 2-Way 100W 7 Inch Active Studio Monitor
  • In the second harmonics range they are amazing compared to size and price speaker.
  • I'm not sure I can take off a star for price or size as you get what you pay for and that the sound is like no other.
  • I have a pair of these speakers for about 8 months now because of the size, they still stands in my room. Compact size for my room.
  • I like absolutely everything: size, sound, weight.
  • We often recording latin Music, Merengue, Salsa & Bachata. Take up a lot of space due to size.

What customers say about "Audio"
Dynaudio BM15A 10 Inches Powered Studio Monitor
  • When your room sounds right and your music sounds right - it is right. So you can work a lot more relaxed.
  • Everything in this monitor is high quality, the center sound, bass and high.
  • I'm very happy with the sound, I can now really feel the music and bass and crank them up loud when required without ear fatigue.
  • The BM15A's have the smooth and accurate sound I'm looking for.
  • Good sound however, they tend to bury a vocal a little bit.
Dynaudio BM6A 2-Way 100W 7 Inch Active Studio Monitor
  • They have a very detailed sound allowing you to distinguish easily timbres and textures
  • If a mix or kick drum sounds good on these it will sound great in a club sound system.
  • They sound beautiful, but I didn't have enough $$ to purchase the Twins.
  • The bass can go deep and loud but I was able to pick some resonance in one or two notes.
  • The bass sounds bad, that can compromise performance or ostruct the interpretation of a mix.

What customers say about "Features"
Dynaudio BM15A 10 Inches Powered Studio Monitor
  • The BM15A features a 10" LF woofer in a MDF wood enclosure with a silk ESOTEC HF driver, and thats look perfect.
  • The whole product is engineered well, delivers a lot of power, high SPL's and a very detailed resolution.
  • So you can see that a very well engineered monitor with excellent parts (drivers, amps).
  • Another requirement to my monitors was that they didn't feature any A/D-D/A conversion - so I could hear the sound of my interface converters.
  • You just have two controls for HF and LF boost and attenuation. If you want more, you have to check the AIR series of Dynaudio.
Dynaudio BM6A 2-Way 100W 7 Inch Active Studio Monitor
  • The combination of the ERGO and the BM6a is phenomenal, but it's an expense to factor in.
  • First thing - I reviewed some of my favorite mixes. Wow.
  • I heard little problems with the mixes (old models) - small bits of distortion or noise I had never heard before. No such problems now!
  • In a perfectly tuned room that I have heard at least 10 full length records I have mixed, being mastered. Good Studio Monitor.
  • No level control, only +4 or -10 setting, thats bad for me.
