What customers say about "Size & Weight"
Panasonic Lumix DC-ZS70 4K Digital Camera, Touch 3" LCD
  • This is a great little camera. Just a bit larger than pocket size.
  • Just the right size and features for a constant carry travel camera.
  • I love, love, love this camera! It has everything I need in one compact size. Couldn't ask for more!
  • If you want something small and portable with a huge reach and professional features including RAW this is pretty much the only contender.
  • This camera is slightly heavier than the ZS40 but well worth the extra size and weight.
Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS100 4K Point and Shoot Camera
  • With almost all of the capabilities of a DSLR it is about 1/4 the size and weight. I expect to leave my DSLR at home from now on.
  • The camera is a great compact point and shoot. It is light weight and compact, great for hiking.
  • This camera is easy to use and works well. It is light weight and takes great videos and stills.
  • It's pretty compact and good for travelling.
  • Weight: pretty heavy for a point and shoot but it does have larger lens than the average point and shoot and longer zoom lens than others in its class.

What customers say about "Imaging"
Panasonic Lumix DC-ZS70 4K Digital Camera, Touch 3" LCD
  • The 30x optical zoom and Leica lens makes for some incredible shots. I plan to use this as my default travel camera.
  • t has 4K video and photo with postfocus and potential for stacking macro photos.
  • Really impressed with image quality. Optical zoom seems sharp throughout zoom.
  • The focus is horrible - the worst on a digital camera I have used. Too often I would just sit there for like 30 seconds while the camera tried and tried and tried to focus and could not.
  • The one downer is that the lens is not too fast, so resolution suffers in indoor low light conditions unless flash is used, though it will take great handheld night shots!
Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS100 4K Point and Shoot Camera
  • Excellent clarity and color. Much better in low light than a small-sensor camera. The ZS100 really is usable to ISO1600.
  • Even though the lens is f5.9 when zoomed all the way in, I still get excellent bokah.
  • Shooting in RAW, the image quality is excellent and JPEG is good.
  • Takes sharp photos in almost any setting. Low light great. The 250 end is super to have but the 25 is not wide enough for some subjects. The image stabilization is superb.
  • The auto focus doesn't always find the right focus, even when the subjects are in the clear and seemingly obvious.

What customers say about "Display"
Panasonic Lumix DC-ZS70 4K Digital Camera, Touch 3" LCD
  • The LED screen is nice, it is sensitive like a phone's screen.
  • The aperture ring, viewfinder and tilting touch screen were what attracted me to this camera in the first place.
  • Flip-up touch screen was a joy new to this version.
  • I took one star off because the touch screen and viewfinder do not show the images well. The touch screen is fine and is quite simple to use and the viewfinder is a very welcome addition for this size camera.
Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS100 4K Point and Shoot Camera
  • The 3-inch touch screen display on the ZS100 is excellent, and I quickly adapted to the touch screen after not having one on the ZS50.
  • The fully interactive touch screen and separate digital view finder (useful on sunny days) are both quite decent and somewhat unusual in this price range.
  • The touch screen is amazing as well.
  • Touch screen very convenient and bright.
  • There is a touch screen as well which allows you to set zoom, specific favorite settings, take the picture, adjust the focus point and is all pretty responsive and works out well for being 3"

What customers say about "Features"
Panasonic Lumix DC-ZS70 4K Digital Camera, Touch 3" LCD
  • Full program mode to take the thinking out of it when in a hurry
  • Many various ease of use photographic capture features
  • Viewfinder (this is increasingly more difficult to come by in the point and shoot market)
  • It's very portable, shoots RAW, and has excellent image stabilization and a full feature set.
  • It has an amazing zoom feature and has built-in stabilization. Just the right camera for almost all occasions.
  • Camera doesn't focus properly, terrible performance at low light.
  • To be honest, I don’t like the noise generated by higher ISO in most of pictures. My explanation is that the lens is not as good as I expect.
Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS100 4K Point and Shoot Camera
  • The flash on the ZS100 is excellent. It's a pop-up flash that lines up with the lens almost exactly, eliminating ugly flash shadows.
  • Panasonic has this very interesting feature called Post Focus. The camera will rapid fire a series of shots using different focal points and let the user choose what to focus on AFTER the picture has been taken.
  • Some of the features I like is the intelligent auto for taking quick snapshots. The creative mode can make an ordinary photograph transform into something special and even do video in creative mode.
  • The 4K picture feature is amazing. I have used it several times already to get great shots.
  • Lack of finger placement pads: I know Panasonic was going for compact but it seems like they were trying to squish too many buttons and dials on. Because of this, you have to awkwardly place your thumb wherever there is space in the back panel.
  • Viewfinder: like others mentioned, it's pretty useless. Its way too small even if you have a small face and will likely be useless over time.

What customers say about "Connectivity"
Panasonic Lumix DC-ZS70 4K Digital Camera, Touch 3" LCD
  • Connectivity options (xfer, remote shutter control)
  • I got the Wifi working no problems. I like the control from smart phone and will come in handy shooting Hummingbirds and bugs.
  • My final gripe is that it doesn't have GPS tagging, which these days is an essential feature, at least for me.
  • Good quality pics but built in GPS giving you a bit more metadata would have made this the perfect travel camera.
  • I don't like that it doesn't have bluetooth.
Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS100 4K Point and Shoot Camera
  • Wi-Fi is available to connect the camera to your phone which provides you the ability to remotely use the camera or transfer photos and video to your device.
  • Wifi is easy to setup and access control of camera and transferring images.
  • The iOS app is a useless abomination. Connecting via Wifi is an irritating process, and image location tagging just plain don't work.
  • No NFC or GPS.
