  • Nice to have a slim design with so much powerful sound and not have additional equipment to accomplish.
  • This aesthetically pleasing sound system is not only minimal and sleek, but packs some serious sound power.
  • The features that I was satisfied with include the universal remote, the height of the volume and the size of the product overall.
  • Perfect size for tv nice and slim.
  • The soundbar itself is very weighted and sturdy by no means it feels flimsy, the construction is also world-class.
Sony HT-ST5000 7.1.2ch 800W Dolby Atmos Sound Bar (2017 model)
  • Sound quality from this bar is excellent, clean and crisp. Fills a room quite well for its size.
  • The overall size of the sound bar is comparable to others in its class, and it is effortless to install.
  • The wireless 800 watt sound woofer included makes positioning in a room easy and the weight alone tells you this isn't a passive system.
  • I think that the size of the speakers contribute to a lot of the problems.
  • Due to its weight we are still trying to figure out the best way to mount it on the wall.

What customers say about "Features"
Bose SoundTouch 300 Soundbar, works with Alexa
  • Set up was a breeze and the system changes effortlessly between inputs just by powering on the media format you are using.
  • Great. It was easy to install and sync up with my TV. I can hear clear sound from many points in my open floorplan.
  • This is a Great product and easy to install. Template is available that makes the installation easy to do compared to other products where you have to do a lot of measurements.
  • Stereo TV shows as well as Dolby Digital shows, sound great.
  • Best Soundbar i ever had , Please improve the sound touch app and Voice assistance (ALEXA and Google Home) compatability better and make it as good as the Remote .
  • Spotify playlists are buried down below (should be the very top of the list).
Sony HT-ST5000 7.1.2ch 800W Dolby Atmos Sound Bar (2017 model)
  • Easy to installed and it looks great in my system.
  • I have it installed in a room with hardwood floors and the sound carries very well over the room.
  • The multi channel bar provides great surround sound with good highs and deep base from the wireless Sub.
  • It supports Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. I use it with a Sony 4K UHD TV, Cable, Ultra Blu-Ray, Apple TV 4K, and Roku 4K. It works great.
  • Good quality speakers. The up firing/surround effects are not good. You can certainly do better on price for equivalent quality, but this sounder has really good output.

What customers say about "Connectivity"
Bose SoundTouch 300 Soundbar, works with Alexa
  • The Bose soundbar is an excellent speaker that can be used for all wifi and Bluetooth devises.
  • Love the fact that this soundbar has both, the Bluetooth and wifi feature!
  • Moreover, it includes Bluetooth with NFC and pairs easily with BT devices to allow video and music playback.
  • Love that it connects with one HDMI cable. Very good sound.
  • Do Not Buy This Product if you plan to use WiFi! The set up is insanely complicated -- we have now spent more than four hours and it still does not work and we are experienced with computers and sound systems.
Sony HT-ST5000 7.1.2ch 800W Dolby Atmos Sound Bar (2017 model)
  • Streaming with bluetooth is simple and the quality is as expected from wireless.
  • You can also play music through it from your cell phone or other device via Bluetooth and the quality is absolutely stunning.
  • During set-up the TV, set-top cable box, sound bar and Wi Fi all worked beautifully after following directions and setting on-screen options.
  • Playing from USB produced was consistent and quite nice.
  • The only wires will be for power, and the HDMI cables running between whatever components you are using with it to the soundbar and a single one running to the television. It supports HDMI-ARC, so there is no need to run a sound cable from the television back to the soundbar.
  • I have Bluetooth headphones connected to the soundbar, every once and then, it says the headphones are connected, but no sound is coming. You need to remove the headphones from the device list, reboot the bar and re-pair the headphones.

What customers say about "Key Specs"
Bose SoundTouch 300 Soundbar, works with Alexa
  • Powerful- this thing gets very loud in my opinion, I have been keeping it at 50-75% and that's more than loud enough for movies and music filling a good size room.
  • Power wise, I keep the volume at 50% or less, and it's plenty loud and clear.
  • I can't place a review on this alone, but combined with the subwoofer, this thing is immensely powerful.
  • In the store they all sound great, get it in a large room just didn't have the power I heard in the store.
  • This sound bar definitely lacks the deep and powerful low.
Sony HT-ST5000 7.1.2ch 800W Dolby Atmos Sound Bar (2017 model)
  • The Subwoofer has a lot of power and makes the ground tremble as if it were a earth quake.
  • I found that the sub-woofer was so powerful that anything above a setting of 5 or 6 hurt.
  • An expensive soundbar however you wont regret purchasing it. You will fee the power of 800 watts for sure.
  • Powerful clear sound that fills the room. No need for rear speakers with the Atmos sound.
  • The sub on this system is also extremely powerful.
