What customers say about "Key Specs"
Merrell Moab Ventilator-M Hiking Shoe
  • Shoes are still holding up very well. I see no wear of any significance. Soles are in great shape and the uppers are, too.
  • I love the mesh uppers that keep my feet from sweating out. And this is just a personal thing, but - I'm sick of having to settle for running/ walking shoes with gaudy, god-awful flashy color schemes.
  • Durable, I get about 700-800 miles per shoe. I purposely abuse these shoes and have never had any of them break or tear on me.
  • Quality materials on the shoe. I've had them approx a year and still feel like they can last for another 1-2 years no problem even with daily wear.
  • The vibram outsoles look brand new! but the uppers are coming apart.
Merrell Moab 2 Mid Waterproof Hiking Boot
  • The material was how it should be and didn’t bunch at all when the laces were tightened.
  • Beautiful materials, great gripping soles. They're lightweight and I honestly feel like I'm walking on cushions.
  • I’m an auto estimator for a major insurance company and I spend most of my work day on my feet in various floor materials, from dirt to gravel to black top to concrete and these keep my feet comfortable all day.
  • These boots are sturdy and made of quality materials. Love them. These are my 2nd pair.
  • They fit me perfectly, and I'm happy with them. The only concern is the metal clip at the top of the ankle.

What customers say about "Features"
Merrell Moab Ventilator-M Hiking Shoe
  • The shoe strings are great, I don't think I've ever really had to retie them during a hike.
  • Breathable and dries quicker than most hiking shoes that I've used
  • This is my second pair of Moab Ventilators, they are comfortable right out of the box, needed no break in period at all.
  • These aren't really hiking shoes. The sole support isn't durable enough to qualify.
  • I wanted to like these — got a great deal, they seem well made, comfortable, nice styling and color, nice thick sole... but... there's just too much slippage in the heel.
Merrell Moab 2 Mid Waterproof Hiking Boot
  • These are my most comfortable boots and truly waterproof.
  • I find these Moab 2's extremely comfortable and lightweight. I did a 5 mile hike in them and two days of deer hunting and they caused me no unusual foot pains. Spot on, again.
  • Very comfortable. Right amount of cushioning and support. And my feet never felt cramped even after spending an entire day in them.
  • They feel fantastic! Very comfortable, great traction up and downhill, and I even dipped my foot in the pool to test the water resistant quality's! Overall an awesome hiking boot!
  • The boots are quite comfortable, but are NOT WATERPROOF, as advertised.
