Razer Mamba Tournament Edition

The Genre is Not the Limit

The thing that always defined the Mamba series was just how extremely versatile it was for the line of products that was never really the middle-of-the-road kind but actually managed to excel in the majority of aspects that make a gaming mouse what it is. With that in mind, it is time to meet Razer Mamba Tournament Edition, the latest iteration of the Mamba series that adheres to the same philosophy of delivering exceptional versatility and performance for the widest variety of gamers possible.

In order to ensure the latter, there are a few things that the manufacturers had to do right to avoid falling short of customers' expectations. The first thing is the number of independently programmable buttons. Where the DeathAdder line features no more than 7, a number that will be perfect for FPS and MOBAs but will not satisfy the fans of hardcore role-playing games, and the Naga series usually incorporates up to 20 of them, which is something that the fans of the MMORPG will surely appreciate but the aficionados of action games and shooters might find distracting, this Razer Chroma mouse solves that issue by featuring nine programmable buttons. Suffice it to say, this is a number that will be more than suitable both for the FPS enthusiasts and the MMORPG crowd.

Aside from this sort of versatility that stems from the number of programmable buttons, the people behind this model also had to make sure that it will be able to fit the majority of gamers' hands. And, without beating too much around the bush, they have been able to do just that, implementing a form that is designed for natural hand position. Thanks to this incredibly important solution, this ergonomic gaming mouse will be able to reduce stress on your fingers that will surely build up after hours of intense gaming sessions, not to mention eliminating all of the unnecessary finger drag points. Other than that, there really isn't that much to say about this product that you wouldn't expect out of a high-end Razer mouse, like an exceptionally accurate sensor, plenty of customization options with Razer Synapse, and the iconic RGB lighting.

To put it differently, the Razer RZ01-01370100-R3, also known as the Razer Mamba Tournament Edition, will easily prove to be the best Razer mouse for people that don't just play a single genre over and over and prefer to experience all kinds of beautiful and exciting virtual worlds with their own unique demands.

Razer Deathadder Elite

Still Got It

A lot of companies have claimed in the past that their mouse is the fastest, most accurate mouse on the market. But very few could back up their claims with the same amount of honesty and confidence as Razer can with their newest iteration of the DeathAdder line. The Deathadder Elite is packing the most advanced optical sensor in the market, and that translates to literally unprecedented accuracy in a mouse. When it comes to DPI (dots per inch, a measure of the fine-grained movements the mouse can detect), there are already a few gaming mice out there that feature a whopping 16000 DPI optical sensor, but Razer has also boosted the IPS (inches per second, how far you can move in a second without the mouse "skipping") to 450, and the mouse also can handle a 50G acceleration. If all of these terms still seem confusing to you, what it essentially boils down to is that the Deathadder Elite has a resolution accuracy of a 99.4 percent which makes it the most accurate mouse on the gaming peripheral scene.

There have been very few structural changes over the years when it comes to the DeathAdder model since they have long reached the point where meddling with it would only produce negative results and this model is no exception. Perfectly designed to fit under your palm, the ergonomic shape of the Razer DeathAdder Elite provides gamers with some of the most comfortable gaming experience ever, especially during the most intense moments when the stakes are the highest. Together with two rubber side grips, you’ll always have complete control of your gameplay.

Of course, the new DeathAdder is no slouch when it comes to durability and functionality either. The gaming optimized mechanical switches are said to be able to withstand up to 50 million clicks. There are 7 independently programmable Hyperesponse buttons that you will be able to control through the usual Razer Synapse software. The Razer Chroma customizable lighting allows you to choose from the full spectrum of 16.8 million colors and custom effects to personalize your Razer DeathAdder Elite. In conclusion, if you take your gaming experience seriously and want only the most accurate, functional and reliable weapons in your arsenal, the Razer DeathAdder Elite is the kind of mouse you simply cannot afford to miss.

What customers say about this product

Key Specs

I purchased this mouse to replace an older DeathAdder, and the DPI buttons are fantastic. It's easier to change the sensitivity on the fly in games like Overwatch.

Size & Weight

So this mouse is surprisingly massive but I like it the bigger size makes it less portable but it makes it more comfortable even with my fairly small hands

Connection

The cord is shockingly thin and flexible and doesn’t get hooked on anything.

Features

The rubber on the sides helps with grip, the buttons are a definitive click, and the adjustable DPI setting is ridiculous and goes up to 15000.

Razer Naga Chroma (RZ01-01610100-R3)

Dominate Your MMORPG Enemies

There aren't a whole lot of gamers out there that would require an introduction to the Naga series and that is especially the case for those individuals that have spent thousands of hours on World of Warcraft, Guild Wars, TERA, or any other MMORPG out there. And when it comes to the aforementioned genre, this line has virtually become synonymous with the latter, and there's no particular secret as to how they have been able to accomplish such a feat.

On the contrary, the reason behind this success is fairly simple - in addition to the company's already renowned quality in every other aspect, this Razer Naga mouse continues the tradition of this series by incorporating a whopping number of 19 fully programmable buttons. As you would imagine, it will give you virtually instantaneous access to more than a dozen of macro options, essentially offering you the sort of advantage over your online opponents that will make them want to grab a mouse like that for themselves after you repeatedly defeat their character. Furthermore, all of these buttons give off a clear tactile feel, so despite the overwhelming number, there's little to no chance you're going to experience the unpleasant feeling of a misclick. And if you think that's all the mouse has to offer in terms of ensuring a truly comfortable gaming experience, you might want to think twice since the model also comes equipped with zero-acoustic ultraslick mouse feet, which is a welcome and impressive feature if you take into account the product's weight and the number of buttons it has to drag.

The laser sensor is nothing to scoff at either, offering an already synonymous with their products 16000 DPI that will ensure exceptional accuracy and a 50-gram acceleration that anyone who plays with a low sensitivity setting will be able to appreciate. All in all, there really isn't that much to say about this programmable gaming mouse other than you should already own one of these if you're a fan of the MMORPG genre and would like to receive a competitive edge over your online opponents. And if you don't care for the latter genre but prefer to have an array of macros under your hand, there's really no reason not to give this iteration of Naga series a whirl.

Razer Lancehead

Slay Them From a Distance

If you aren't new to the world of professional gaming, there's a good chance you don't really need us explaining to you why the majority of gamers prefer wired peripherals over wireless ones. And if you are, let's just say that any wireless mouse features some kind of delay, which is precisely why a very good chunk of them are not fit for gamers that take said activity seriously. Nevertheless, there are some models out there that are capable of rivaling some of the better wired devices out there, with Razer Lancehead being one of the best examples of the latter.

The thing that allows this peripheral to hold its own against any other Razer mouse out there is Razer's very own Adaptive Frequency Technology (AFT), which is a system that essentially ensures 100% transmission stability. The wireless technology in question operates by constantly scanning frequency channels with virtually imperceptible intervals in order to locate any kind of interference and seamlessly switching the frequency when it is required. To sum it up, this process provides an opportunity for a truly lag-free data transmission from your gaming mouse to your system.

Another aspect of this model that makes it stand out from the majority of Razer peripherals is the fact that it is ambidextrous, featuring a design that will perfectly fit both hands with enhanced rubber grips located on each side of the mouse. And if you feel like these are the only exceptional characteristics that the model has to offer, we'd like to direct your attention towards the all-new Razer Mechanical Mouse Switches. Suffice it to say, these bad boys will be able to deliver the fastest response time and endure up to 50 million clicks, quite an impressive number if we do say so ourselves.

Other than that, this ambidextrous gaming mouse is packed with all the standard properties and characteristics of any high-end Razer mouse, like a 5G laser sensor that is capable of providing you with 16,000 DPI and 210 Inches per Second (IPS) tracking, 9 programmable buttons, the always outstanding RGB lighting and all of those goodies that ought to be familiar to any Razer customer by now. So, to put it differently, the Razer RZ01-02120100-R3, also known as the Razer Lancehead, is the sort of peripheral you could easily recommend to any hardcore gamer out there that would like to experience both the benefits of a wireless technology and the sort of accuracy and lag-free data transmission that is normally reserved for wired models.

What Is a Razer Mouse?

Though some of the biggest and most loyal customers of the company may be able to disagree but any Razer gaming mouse isn't all that different from a regular gaming mouse. And the difference between the latter and a non-gaming one that people buy for their offices usually lies in a few key characteristics. A gaming mouse usually features a set of additional programmable buttons that most people won't be able to find any use for but any gamer will surely appreciate the additional possibilities it opens up in his favorite titles. The sensor also usually features a much higher number of Dots Per Inch, meaning that your Razer model, as well as your average high-end gaming peripheral, will prove to be much more responsive compared to a regular device. Finally, what sets the Razer computer mouse apart from other gaming mice out there is the exceptional design that makes any other gaming model pale in comparison and certain extra features like the ability to access Razer Synapse, a cloud-based software that will allow you to customize your mouse according to your needs and preferences.

Now, if you've already got yourself a Razer mouse, it is time to complete the set by purchasing a keyboard from the same company or a gaming headset so that you'll always be able to hear your opponents trying to sneak up on you.
