I have had zero issue with the motherboard.
The board holds up to 32Gb of DDR3 RAM, and uses the Z97 chipset.
This is a really beautiful motherboard. Great form factor. I love it.
Great gaming motherboard. Built like a tank, super easy to setup.
I have mine running with an i7-4790, 16GB RAM, GTX 960. Runs cool and quiet with just a Cooler Master V8 and a case fan.

The multitude of fan pins, SATA ports.
Asus ROG software is useful. Lots of ports.
Great features plenty of sata ports and USB3 ports.
The mPCIe card is hard to install especially if you're connecting a chassis fan in that corner.
The onboard USB3 header is facing upward resulting a poor grip on the cable.

The layout on this board was easier to connect cables than the MSI board.
Even the front I/O connectors have been made easy to connect, with a pass-through that makes plugging everything in much easier.
It has a plethora of USB 3.0 ports that perform at advertised speeds.
The BIOS flash port on the back is amazingly simple to use.

The built in gigabit-lan card has improved my download speeds with steam from 7.0 mbps to 10.8 mbps.
The mPCIE wireless card that comes with the board can be rather useful if you occasionally have problems with old ethernet wiring in your house.
It has a special anti-static covering on both the bottom and the top of the board.
It comes equipped with USB 3.0, built-in HD graphics that will support 4K resolution at 59KHz.
ROG armor looks great and gives the board a very clean look.
